Dark Souls: Remastered - Locations of All Illusory Walls. Dark Souls: Remastered - Locations of All Illusory Walls Game dark souls 2 illusory walls

Location
Forest of Fallen Giants:
After the first meeting with Pate. You go through the lowering gate, then enter the corridor. Before you start the stairs, the wall will be on the right. Behind the wall is a sorcerer's staff and amber grass.

Deserted pier:
In the building with the bars (shortcut), on the first floor opposite front door there is a ghost wall. Hides a large titanite fragment and a fire butterfly x3.
In the building after the shortcut, there is a building on the right side (two Vangarian swordsmen are still sitting there and there are many barrels of poison). There is a wall behind the barrels that stands out. It is not illusory, it must be broken with a weapon. Behind her is the king's soldier's ring and the crystal lizard, so be prepared.

Forgotten Fortress:
There are two walls in a row here: The first is located under Strijd’s cell, two floors below, in one of the openings in the wall (there will be a dead end, which seems to hint), the next one is in the corridor to which the first wall leads. Behind them there will be a corpse, which you will need to jump to. It contains a fire butterfly and a torch x3. On the same platform with the corpse there will be a very thin path on the right (consider it part of the wall), you need to follow it all the way. At the end is a shield with golden wings and the soul of a brave warrior.
In the room where we fought the Ruin Guardians, there will be six illusory walls on two floors (including the wall on the staircase).

Hill of Sinners:
We go down the elevator. We enter the water, there will be large mobs in the openings on the right and left. If you look through the right opening, the wall will be opposite us. Hides the Northern Ritual Ring.

Hunter's Grove:
After the fire under the bridge, we go out and go left (you need to break the tree to get through). We go up the steps, enter the building, fall down (not into a round hole, but simply to a lower level). Then we rise and go point blank to the wall on the left. This is the first illusory door. We walk along the corridor in it, go down on a convenient elevator, and go point blank. This is the second door. Be careful - there is a strong mob and two poisonous butterflies behind her. In the chest is Ricard's Rapier. You can get here in another way: we leave the same fire and fall down (be careful not to fly over), find a hole in the mountain and go into it, and under this road there will be the same zone with that strong mob. The advantage is that we will also take away extra loot.

Earthen Peak:
Before the passage to the Mita boss fog, there will be a passage in the wall on the right. You need to climb to the very top and go “outside”. To the right and left (outside) there will be two Illusory Walls. Behind one of them is a Bonfire, behind the second is Something Petrified.
After the second fire, we go up the steps to the top (there will still be a floor trap on the floor with the launch of three arrows). We see a long staircase to the top, go up and go left - towards that corridor with steps and two bots (the corridor leading to the boss). We go into the corridor, turn to the right, break the vessels with acid, behind them there will be an illusory wall. Behind it is the Mage's Quartz Ring +1.

Iron Citadel:
After moving to the Tower of the Sun location, you need to ring the bell and go through this location to the end, thereby returning to the Iron Citadel, and before jumping down, feel the only wall (it will be on the right, you won’t miss). Behind it is the Black Knight Sword.
Before reaching Magerold (merchant), there will be a left turn. We go up the steps and there will be a wall on the right - this is the first illusory wall. There will be 20 fire arrows lying there. We go further - and into the wall that the ballista is looking at - this is the second one. Be careful, there's a knight behind her.

Brightstone Bay-Tseldora:
Before the boss in the church on the left there is an illusory door. On NG+ and beyond, there will be a hostile cleric at the end (the same as those during the boss itself). Hides the Estus Flask Shard.

Drangleic Castle:
In front of the queen, if you do not climb the last steps, there is a staircase on the left, immediately after the previous steps. If you go down it and go around this corner, there will be an illusory wall. Behind her is a fire.

Undead Crypt:
In the room where the red phantom invades, exactly opposite the passage to the corridor to the two Reeve knights, there will be an illusory door. Be careful when opening the chest - ghosts will crawl out of the walls. Hides - aveline.

In the long corridor to the boss in a room (if you face the boss, it will be on the left) in which there is a staircase to a room filled with acid that breaks equipment. The secret door will be on the short flight between the stairs, on the left. Behind her is a fire.

Orro's memories:
Behind the door of Farros. Behind the wall is a set of steel armor, as well as a fire seed.

In the game Dark Souls 2, illusory walls are one of the game elements, externally expressed barriers limiting access to secret passages and treasures. These walls are practically no different from the others, so to activate them you need to know in advance where to look.

1. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, location: Iron Citadel

Before meeting with Magerold, you need to turn left and go up the stairs to notice a secret wall on the right, hiding 20 fire arrows. After this, you need to go through the wall towards which the ballista is directed - this is the second illusory wall, behind which there is a militant knight.

After going to the Tower of the Sun location, run to the bell and start hitting it. Afterwards, you need to get to the end of this territory and return to the Iron Citadel, so that before the next jump down you can feel the wall to your right, hiding a protective bell, a large sword of a black knight and a large shield with a tree.

2. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, location: Deserted Pier

One of the walls is located in a building that you come across if you take a shortcut. Near her there are a pair of swordsmen who are sitting on barrels. Behind them is a wall that will stand out against the general background. This wall must be destroyed to take the king's soldier's ring and the crystal lizard.

If you take the shortest route, you will be on the first floor of a building that can be identified by its barred windows. Once inside, do not rush to move too far from the front door, because opposite there is a secret wall hiding a large titanite fragment and a fire bomb;

3. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, location: Hill of Sinners

You need to go down the elevator to get into the water. If you move all the time to the right, in the passage you can see a wall on the right, when opened, you will get the Northern Ritual Ring;

4. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, location: Forgotten Fortress

The first wall can be found in front of the cell in which Freud is imprisoned, with its help a passage will open leading to a corpse with a torch and a fire barrel;

In the room in which the battle with the guards of the Ruins took place, you can immediately find 6 illusory walls. But in order to get the Northern Ritual Ring, you need to activate the wall opposite the hero in the right opening.

5. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, location: Hunter's Grove

After passing the fire and finding yourself near the bridge, you need to turn left and climb the steps leading into the building. There you need to go down to a lower level, go up and move point-blank towards the wall. After the second door is opened, the hero will be attacked by a strong mob with a couple of butterflies. After killing them, you can pick up the Ricard Rapier from the chest;

6. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, location: Forest of Fallen Giants

After the hero first meets Pate, you need to immediately notice the gate and quickly run under it, because it will soon lower and prevent you from getting into the corridor. Once in place, you should move straight, but before reaching the stairs, you need to look to the right to find the wall and pick up the objects that it hid: Amber grass and the sorcerer's staff.

7. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, location: Brightstone-Tseldora Bay

Before going to the arena with the boss, you need to go into the church, on the left of which there is an illusory wall, behind which the cleric will attack. After killing him, a fragment of a flask with Estus drops out;

8. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, Earthen Peak location

Before entering the fog leading to the main boss of the location - Mitya, you need to find a hole in the wall on the right. Get inside and climb all the way to the top until you reach the surface. Look around and notice two illusory walls. Behind the first of them there is a fire burning, and behind the second there is something petrified;

Having passed the second fire, run to the stairs nearby and climb up it. Then turn left, moving towards where there was a corridor with two Sorceresses, before meeting the boss. Once in place, you need to turn right and destroy the vessels filled with acid in order to see the illusory wall located behind them.

9. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, location: Drangleic Castle

Before you go to fight the queen, you need to find the stairs to the left of the main steps. You need to go down it and turn the corner to find a secret wall and a fire burning behind it.

10. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, location: Aldia Citadel

After walking along the corridor leading to the boss, you will see a room on the left, go in and find a staircase in it, climbing which you can find yourself in a room filled with acid. There is a flight between the stairs, between which there is a secret wall hiding the fire.

11. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, location: Crypt of the Undead

In the room in which the red phantom will appear, opposite the passage that leads to the two Reeve knights, there is a door behind which there is a chest with Eivelin. It is worth noting that when you open a chest, ghosts will appear from the walls.

12. Dark Souls 2 illusory walls, location: Orro's memory

On the right side of Pharros's door is a set of steel armor and a fire seed.

The territory called the Forgotten Fortress is presented to the player’s attention as one of the locations of the virtual world of darksouls 2, bringing darkness and death. According to history, this fortress was built even before the formation of Drangleic by one of the prehistoric kingdoms. This fortress was considered a prison. Connects the Hill of Sinners and the Tower of the Moon, and is also a transition to the Deserted Pier and the Forest of Fallen Giants.

The final ending to the exploration of this intriguing location will be an unforgettable fight with the boss of the Forgotten Fortress-Guardians Ruin. Under the ruins of the fortress there is a chamber of the Forgotten Sinner, which you will also have to explore.

In darksouls 2, a forgotten fortress opens up great possibilities. To get into it, you need to defeat the final boss of the location called the Forest of Fallen Giants, whose name is the Pursuer. An alternative route to the Forgotten Fortress is to take a ship from the Deserted Wharf as soon as you deal with the Flexible Sentinel.

For the darksouls 2 player, the forgotten fortress bonfires are represented by five dots. The first fire you light depends on how you got here. If you arrived by ship, then your first bonfire will be the Ignanny Chambers. You need to go up the game elevator to the chamber on the left. There will be a fire there. If you entered the Forgotten Fortress through the Forest of Giants, the first bonfire is in the Remote Tower. When, during the course of the action, you remove the petrification from Strayd, access to another bonfire opens. In darksouls 2, a blacksmith in a forgotten fortress stands in his workshop and there is also a provision for lighting a fire there. There are two options for meeting with the blacksmith MacDuff:

The first is to throw a barrel with an explosive substance down the stairs, which, when it collides with a wall, detonates and opens up the possibility of meeting with an NPC and a fire. It is also necessary to have arrows with fire damage or a torch for exploding a barrel, because if it hits a wall it may not burst into flames.

The second is to get the key to the door with bars in the workshop. To do this you need to defeat the bell gargoyles.

The last bonfire is lit after the fight with the final boss, called the Servants' Dwelling bonfire.

When traveling to Darksouls 2 Forgotten Fortress, the secrets of opening doors promise danger - not all of them lead to the room, one of them carries mortal danger. You will fly into the abyss and death is inevitable.

The illusory walls that exist in the darksouls 2 scenario in a forgotten fortress are not easy to find. To do this, we publish tips that will help you unravel the mystery of illusion.

In the final boss room a large number of such walls. You will find four illusory walls on the first floor of the building. You will find two walls on the second floor (the first is near the stone steps, the second is on the collapsed balcony).

At the dead end of the tower with Strijd (you need to go down two flights) there are also two walls that open onto a balcony. An elevator is hidden on the second floor of the same tower. It looks like a torture chamber. It will lead to a chest on the floor below.

On the street of the courtyard near the well with the dead and the dogs guarding it, you can enter the room to the right and use a sword or bomb to blow up a secret wall with a fault.

There is also a secret on the wall opposite the tower balcony, containing a shield with golden wings.

In darksouls 2, the passage of a forgotten fortress promises a lot of expensive loot. Remember the elevator near the Deserted Pier. If you launch it and then jump onto the roof, then after stopping you will see a corpse with a saber and repair powder.

Take your time running across the bridge to Sinner's Hill. To your right will be the royal swordsman protecting the wealth.

One of the chests contains dim coal in the Forgotten Fortress in darksouls 2. This casket with coal is located in the Remote Tower not far from the bonfire. A bird from the Forest of Giants location will take you to this place almost immediately after the fight with the Pursuer boss. It's worth noting that the dim coal will not carry over to the next playthrough because it is a key. It will have to be mined again.

The boss in the forgotten fortress of darksouls 2 consists of three strong opponents at once, with weak resistance to darkness. Also susceptible to poisoning. Possible options and boss killing tactics are described in more detail on wikia.com

Illusory walls represent hidden barriers to secret passages and treasures. They do not stand out from the general background, and in order to detect them, you need to know their location in advance. Also, to find them, you can use a spell from the rank of miracles “conductor”, and the inscription “search the surroundings” will appear in front of the illusory door. To open such a wall, use the "Action" button.

Here are their locations:

Illusory walls are secret doors that instantly disappear as soon as you attack them. In locations from add-ons instead physical strength you need to use the Light Spell ( Cast Light). This is the only way to make the wall disappear. Usually hidden behind them are chests, special characters with unique quests, bonfires, and sometimes entire hidden locations.

Now you know where to find all the illusory walls and what is hidden behind them. As a rule, these are chests with , non-story bosses, useful characters, bonfires and other bonuses.
