08/17/2017 the claim was given by me to the Smolensk branch office, and also sent by mail to Moscow, to the head office. 08/24/2017 I called the hotline in Moscow to find out if they had received my claim and whether my insurance case had been reviewed, to which they answered that they had received the claim, as well as on August 18, 2017. received the necessary documents from the competent authorities, requested for additional verification, and asked to wait 14 working days to make a final decision, saying that on this day they received a full set of documents necessary for making a decision, and the deadline for making a decision is 09/06/2017. 09/06/2017 I called Moscow to clarify the information on my case, saying that, according to them, today is the last day to make a decision, to which I was told that on August 30, 2017, another additional check was scheduled, a request was sent to the competent authorities and a response was expected from them. To my question why it was impossible to send requests to all the authorities of interest at once, at the same time, without delaying this for months, contradicting my contract, scheduling one inspection after another, I did not receive a clear answer.

As of September 10, 2017 my insurance case was not considered, which is a gross violation of the insurance contract, and by ordering one additional inspection after another, the insurance company artificially delays the deadlines and is trying to evade the payment due to me for the damage to health I received. Regarding the supposedly additional checks, this is also a strange question, documents from the hospital and from work confirming the injuries I received were given to the insurer in full, the originals: 6 x-rays, an extract from the outpatient card; copies of: an outpatient card certified by the head physician of the Emergency Room, 3 pages of sick leave, with notes on my visit to a medical institution during the period of incapacity, copies of 3 pages of sick leave certified by the employer. These documents fully reflect the insured event, the fact of its occurrence and the cause. I understand that in our country there is no bureaucracy or delays, but the actions of this insurance company cross all boundaries. I'm waiting another week, after which I'll be forced to go to court.
