  • marjoram – 5 g;

Cooking method:

  • Wash and dry the chicken carcass with a napkin.
  • Mix salt with pepper and herbs. Rub this mixture over the chicken inside and out.
  • Cut the garlic cloves in half or into 3 parts and stuff them into the chicken carcass.
