4) Refusal to be sent to a preschool educational institution. From the moment the referral is issued to a particular preschool educational institution until the moment of actual enrollment, the Applicant may refuse to be referred to the preschool educational institution. 5) Transferring the application to the stage of document preparation at the preschool educational institution. 6) Enrolling a child in preschool. After the child is actually enrolled in a permanent place in the preschool educational institution, an employee of the educational institution records the fact of enrollment in an electronic application in the System by executing the commandTransfer to Enrolled status Enrolled

How to queue for kindergarten through the public services portal?
Open the website pgu.mos.ru and register with email confirmation or log into your personal account if you have already registered.
