Pros and cons of iPad Air. Pros and cons of the Apple iPad tablet from an experienced user Ipad air 2 pros and cons

Everyone knows that Apple products have long occupied the leading position in the tablet market in the world. Today it presents its products in all parts of the planet. I would like to talk to you about which iPad to choose better than iPad mini or iPad Air, because there are many models of similar devices in stores. We will look at their main characteristics, as well as take a closer look at their pros and cons.

Apple iPad Mini

We will begin our consideration of this topic with the oldest representative of the family, which is presented on the market. First of all, it is worth noting that the screen diagonal is 7.9 inches, which is quite good for a gadget of this level. As for the picture, it is not ideal, since the resolution is not high. This relatively inexpensive tablet has good performance. The manufacturer installed an Apple A5 processor with a clock frequency of 1 GHz on it, which is not bad in principle. The RAM here is 512 MB, in fact, for the IOS operating system, on which all iPads are based, this is quite enough, since they are constantly being adapted. It is worth noting that there is no 3G module, which is a little disappointing. The camera resolution is 5 megapixels, which is not always enough to take high-quality pictures, but do not forget that this is a tablet and not a smartphone. Overall, it’s a good tablet for its price, but it is gradually becoming a thing of the past, as it has become obsolete. If you want to have an iPad, but don’t have much money, then buy this particular device.

Minuses

  • Without iTunes does not transfer data to other devices
  • A large number of updates, most of which are useless
  • It gets stuck despite the oleophobic coating

pros

  • Great design
  • Powerful enough battery
  • Good build quality
  • Not a bad camera (for a tablet)

Apple iPad Mini 3

This is a really good new generation tablet. Of course, iPad mini 3 has a higher cost than the first model, but this can be justified by numerous innovations and improvements. Yes, there is also a 7.9-inch screen, but the image quality on it is much superior to the previous gadget. Its resolution is quite high, and the new development technology allows you to see everything that happens on it even at the highest angle of inclination. The manufacturer installed a new generation Apple A7 processor on its gadget, which has a clock frequency of 1 GHz and a dual-core processor. There is 1 GB of RAM, which cannot but please fans of the Internet and applications; by the way, there is also 3G and 4G. This will allow you to fly around the Internet at the highest speeds. An excellent option for both work and entertainment. As for the camera, it has a resolution of 5 megapixels, but unlike the previous model, there are many bells and whistles that will delight lovers of high-quality photos; there is also a front camera for Skype.

Minuses

  • Quite fragile
  • A little scratch resistant, better buy a film or case

pros

  • Fingerprint scanner
  • Availability of LTE
  • Quite compact and lightweight
  • Works quickly and flawlessly

Apple iPad Air

We have come to consider more impressive models in terms of dimensions. We'll start our story with the Apple A1475 iPad Air, which has been around the world for quite some time. The screen diagonal is 9.7 inches, which cannot but please fans of games and movies. In addition, its resolution allows you to obtain high-definition images. In terms of performance, this device is in no way inferior to the previous one. The same Apple A7 processor with 2 cores and a clock frequency of 1.3 GHz, as well as 1 GB of RAM, is installed here. This is quite enough for high-quality work with iOS. There are 3G and 4G here, which is good news. By the way, the camera is also fully consistent with the previous model. It is ideal for high-quality photographs in high definition format. In fact, this device repeats its characteristics of the previous model, but at the same time has the same cost as the previous one. The gain is achieved through the use of a larger screen. If you need a large model for watching movies or playing games, then this is your option. In terms of cost, it is even slightly cheaper than the previous gadget, which is also, of course, pleasing.

Minuses

  • All file manipulations are not carried out through iTunes, although you can live with this
  • As usual there is no memory card

pros

  • Capacious battery
  • Not a bad camera, like for a tablet
  • Thickness and lightness of the device
  • Fast and economical processor

Apple iPad Air 2

Our top is completed by the newest iPad model from Apple, which has already gained wide popularity. By the way, it is worth noting right away that it has approximately the same cost as the previous two, but at the same time it has a number of advantages over them. It is similar to the previous device only in that it has exactly the same display parameters, that is, both diagonal and resolution. All its advantages become clear upon closer examination of the device. First, it is more powerful, here the manufacturer used a processor with 3 cores of the latest generation Apple A8 X with a clock frequency of 1.5 GHz, as well as 2 GB of RAM. As you may have noticed, in terms of performance, the device becomes a clear leader in the top. This also applies to the camera, which now has a resolution of 8 megapixels. There are also many gadgets that will please all buyers. For example, it uses autofocus and the latest image stabilization system, which allows you to take high-quality pictures even in motion. The best option for all iPad lovers.

Minuses

  • The back panel rattles when the music is loud
  • No volume rockers

pros

  • Thin and Light
  • Cool display
  • It's nice to have Touch ID
  • As usual the battery holds a charge well

Here is another useful video that will help you make this choice: iPad mini or iPad Air?

Last week, official sales of Apple's largest tablet from the iPad family started in Russia. Today I would like to touch on this burning topic from all sides, answer interesting questions regarding its release, and also draw your attention to some controversial issues. In general, from this material you will learn: what the iPad Pro is, the pros and cons of the device, the manufacturer’s goal, and we will touch a little on competition issues.
Earlier, our former editor Taras already started talking about the iPad Pro and why Apple needs it. Now the iPad Pro is a reality, so I decided to continue the work of my colleague. Let's dot the i's and figure out why, how and why Apple released the iPad Pro.

What is iPad Pro

The iPad Pro is the largest tablet computer in Apple's popular line and truly the most unexpected device from this manufacturer. The screen diagonal of the iPad Pro is an incredible 12.9 inches instead of the usual 9.7" and even 7.9" of the iPad Mini, which users really liked. This in turn puts the iPad Pro in the category of large tablets along with the Surface Pro, Samsung Galaxy Tab Note and others whose display diagonal exceeds the traditional 10 inches. Upon its announcement, the iPad Pro became the most discussed autumn novelty on the Internet - users and experts both admired the new solution from Apple and predicted extremely low popularity and low sales for it.

And if without all these revolutions, then the iPad Pro is just an enlarged iPad Air.

Advantages and disadvantages

Apple's new and largest tablet in the iPad family has both significant advantages and strong disadvantages. This time, apparently, the technology giant from Cupertino failed to create the perfect product and simply blow up the declared segment with it. What are the pros and cons of the iPad Pro?

First of all, the iPad Pro is an extremely unusual device for Apple. The 12.9-inch tablet received not only a large screen, but also a removable keyboard, as well as a proprietary electronic stylus, which together turn the iPad Pro into a “real working tool.” True, the Smart Keyboard, which does not support the Russian layout and is not officially sold in Russia, and the same Pencil stylus are sold separately from the iPad Pro, having a fairly high cost for such accessories. If Apple says the iPad Pro is ideal for professional people, how did the company ultimately decide not to include the above accessories out of the box? N - bewilderment. By the way, the official price of the Pencil in Russia is 7,790 rubles, and the iPad Pro in the minimum configuration is 64,990 rubles. Now add up these numbers and see what you can buy instead of the iPad Pro - the professionals know exactly what they need.

Pros:

  • Apple A9X. The new processor for the iPad Pro promises 1.8 times increased performance and 2 times increased graphics speed compared to the iPad Air 2. Moreover, for the first time, the iPad series tablet received 4 computing cores based on 64-bit architecture and 4 GB of RAM.
  • Speakers. Apple has installed four Hi-Fi audio speakers in the iPad Pro, which are built right into the tablet's body at the four corners. Together, this arrangement of speakers creates a live sound effect and is three times superior to the sound of the iPad Air. Watching movies and playing games will be really interesting.
  • Dimensions. Despite the seemingly large 12.9-inch screen with Retina resolution, the dimensions of the iPad Pro are surprising: the tablet is only 6.9 millimeters thick and weighs 713 grams.

Minuses:
  • Accessories. Without a keyboard, the iPad Pro is just a big toy for entertainment. And the keyboard is expensive, although it cannot boast of absolutely any features compared to a similar accessory for the Surface Pro. Smart Keyboard for iPad Pro doesn't even have a touchpad. “Pencil” is also not included with the iPad Pro and, in addition, is not standalone. To charge the Pencil, you must connect it to your tablet via the Lightning connector. From the outside, this process looks strange. There is also a high chance of breaking the port or Pencil if you use the iPad Pro while it is charging.
  • Dimensions. The dimensions of the iPad Pro are both its plus and minus. The downside is that the tablet body is very thin and large, and there is no support for installation on a flat surface or a case with a stand. That is, if you want to start working like a professional, then to work with documents, buy a keyboard that has a stand. In other cases, you should rely only on your hands or your own creativity. :) Or you can use the touch keyboard by placing the iPad Pro on a table or lap, or, again, buy a Smart Cover, the price of which is 4,990 rubles. Which option do you like better?
  • Repair. iFixit iPad Pro 3 points. That is, the tablet cannot be repaired independently, and the process itself will be quite painstaking even for experts in this matter.
  • Optimization. Even the release of the iPad Pro didn't force Apple to optimize the iOS user interface for a better experience on the big screen. Now you have the same small square icons with very rounded edges, but stretched across the entire area of the 13-inch screen. It's the same with applications (not all) - in most cases these are just stretched versions of them. No, of course, iOS 9 introduced a split-screen feature, and Apple fans have already called it an incredibly innovative convenience, but there are only 2 applications available for use. Or you can implement 3 or even 4 applications - that’s real multitasking.
  • Price. The price of the iPad Pro is perhaps one of the most significant disadvantages of the new tablet. The basic version of Apple's largest tablet is already available for purchase at a price of 64,990 rubles. A model with 128 GB of internal memory costs 76,990 rubles, and the same version, but with Cellular support, costs 86,990 rubles. Add to one of these price tags also expensive additional accessories, without which the iPad Pro is practically nothing. As a result, all costs for the iPad Pro can reach 100 thousand rubles. 100 thousand rubles for a tablet on an inferior mobile OS with an under-keyboard and an expensive stylus - seriously?
The iPad Pro is a very controversial device. Professionals, how do you rate it and is the iPad Pro worth a reasonable amount of money? I don't think the answer will be yes.

Target

The main purpose of the release of the large iPad Pro tablet, as Apple says, is to try to re-popularize the iPad. The tablet market has seen a significant decline in recent months, and Apple's tablet line is no exception, with iPad sales down nearly 20%. The company's CEO, Tim Cook, has also already made an official statement in which he said that the release of the iPad Pro will spur currently weak sales and return the iPad tablets to the reputation and popularity they have gained.

But the big question is how the iPad Pro will help boost iPad sales. With its incredibly high price compared even to the iPad Air? With its exclusive focus on various designers and corporate business users? Or just a fashionable prefix “Pro” in the name? Even if we don’t take into account graphics professionals or office plankton, but ordinary users, the iPad Pro clearly does not look like a worthy purchase for the role of a bedside tablet for watching videos on YouTube. Yes, the diagonal is quite excellent and convenient for cinema, but the minimum price of 65 thousand is no good.

Competition

iPad Pro can be placed on a par with such similar representatives of the segment as, first of all, and also, for example, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Note. The picture draws itself - a large screen, a removable keyboard, and the presence of a stylus. These are the three key options for a pro tablet. However, in the case of the Galaxy Tab Note, there is no keyboard included, and the iPad Pro has nothing at all out of the box. Only Microsoft has an advantage here - it includes both a proprietary stylus and a keyboard with its Surface Pro.

In general, Apple's largest tablet is a fairly niche product - it's like the iPad Air, only in a larger case. Absolutely the same capabilities and the same operating system. Without its accessories, the iPad Pro can be called a very expensive multimedia tablet, and with accessories the situation becomes even more incomprehensible. A typewriter with, in principle, wide graphic capabilities thanks to the stylus - yes, but control exclusively on the touch screen is questionable. In this case, the situation is very similar to that of Microsoft: Redmond has too few applications that support touch input, while Cupertino, on the contrary, has an inferior mobile OS that forces them to use only a touch screen without support for a keyboard, mouse or touchpad.

So both Microsoft and Apple are trying to achieve the same thing, but neither is able to create the optimal hybrid.

Goodbye PC

There were also some controversial issues associated with the iPad Pro. The CEO of Apple firmly believes that today people practically no longer use personal computers, and the iPad Pro may well replace the usual machine. According to the CEO, for many users the iPad Pro can become a full-fledged PC replacement. Cook also believes that in the modern world the most ideal situation is to have only two devices - an iPad Pro and, obviously, an iPhone. Yes, sales of PCs and tablets have fallen recently, but is this the right way to restore faith in the iPad? The iPad Pro cannot fully replace a computer - no, not at all, don’t even think about it.

Also, Apple clearly did not learn a lesson from the experience of the software giant, so it is repeating the mistakes of Microsoft. Firstly, the iPad Pro with a keyboard stand can only be locked in one position - this was the case with the first generation Surface Pro, for example. Secondly, the iPad Pro does not even have a basic thing - a connector for the Pencil stylus. One option is to keep the pencil in the Lightning port at all times, but this is a very dubious solution for obvious reasons. With such disadvantages, can the iPad Pro seem like a convenient and worthy option for work? At the same time, there were already such products on the market before, but Apple, as always, decided to do everything its own way. It just didn’t work out very well somehow.

Bottom line

To sum it up, I can say this: the iPad Pro is a very strange device from Apple. On the one hand, the tablet can be useful for designers and enterprise users thanks to exclusive applications and a Pencil stylus with pressure recognition. On the other hand, the Surface Pro really defends the interests of a PC substitute, but the iPad Pro simply shows that a mobile device such as a tablet is also capable of a lot, while remaining itself, and not becoming some kind of hybrid.

Write in the comments what you think about the iPad Pro and how you think the largest tablet in Apple history will affect the market.

It’s not for nothing that Air received such a name, since it is really light, almost “airy”, if such a characteristic is applicable to a tablet with a diagonal of almost 10 inches. Apple did a good job on the design, the frames were reduced, the thickness, the weight decreased compared to the first generation, and the thickness also decreased, now it is 6.1 mm. At the same time, the technical part has only gotten better.

The body is made of aluminum, the tablet is available in the following colors - silver, space gray, gold. The assembly is excellent, there are no backlashes.

They didn’t do anything fancy with the design; the button in the middle is already equipped with TouchID technology; the iPad Air generation does not have such technology.

The tablet has become more convenient, easily portable, and even comfortable to hold with one hand. By the way, another newfangled thing, 3DTouch, will not appear on your tablet with the update, keep in mind, otherwise brave souls have been known to charge their gadgets in microwaves after the update.

The kit is simple: a Lightning cable, a charger and a couple of stickers.

It is worth noting that the lever for switching to silent mode, which was in the first generation device, has disappeared.

Here you get iOS 8.1 out of the box, don’t be alarmed, there is already iOS 9, updates are already available. Everyone has long known about the pros and cons of Apple’s operating system; there is no point in dwelling on this again. ApplePay has begun to be supported here, but it still refuses to work in Russia; when it will be possible to use it is still unknown.

Specifications

  • CPU

    Apple A8X 1.5 GHz 64 bit (3 cores)

  • Video processor

Apple usually does not disclose details of the hardware in its devices. It's not the number of cores that makes Apple products stand out on the market, but the quality. There are no complaints about it, neither about the operation of the system, nor about the operation of applications. The device is worth the money now in terms of performance and is unlikely to disappoint potential owners. The power reserve is so huge that even the difference between this device and its previous version is practically unnoticeable, since there are no more demanding applications yet.

Memory

We are reviewing a device with 16 GB of internal memory. There are other delivery options of 64 and 128 GB. The iPad Air 2 line has already abandoned the tablet with 32 GB of built-in memory. They probably did the right thing after all. There is already more RAM than before - 2 GB. Not enough, you might say, when you compare it with modern devices that boast staggering amounts of RAM. No, everything is fine, because iOS is not as demanding on RAM as Android, so 2 GB of RAM today is enough for the tablet to work correctly.

Connection

Our model supports LTE, but models without SIM card support are available for sale and are cheaper. Finding a suitable model is not difficult. I would also like to note that all SIM versions of any color have a white plastic insert at the top. She looks completely stupid. The version of Air 2 with a SIM card has an A-GPS module. An NFC module has appeared in the iPad, although it works with restrictions.

Look
updated as new information becomes available and published after careful review

Sales of tablets with one of the largest diagonals to date began in November 2015. The usual excitement around the new product from Apple was accompanied by a lot of information hype: the manufacturer skillfully extolled the merits of its iPad, presenting it as “the last nail in the coffin of desktops.” Apple marketers, of course, went crazy with this. Why? Read about it in our honest review of the most significant shortcomings of the iPad Pro.

DISADVANTAGES WHICH ARE WRITTEN ABOUT IN REVIEWS AND TESTS

Excessive dimensions and heavy weight

The new tablet from Apple with a diagonal of 12.9 inches is larger than an A4 sheet; today there are only three such large devices in the world. Its weight is 713 grams. On Iphones.ru The tablet is compared to a mirror tray that they forgot to take to the kitchen. On Mobiletelefon.ru They note that when you touch the screen of a tablet with Smart Cover as a stand, the device sways with each touch and just begs to be supported by your hand. Authors of the review on HowTablet From our own experience, we remind you that the iPad Pro is not easy to hold in one hand. You can’t reach it in the subway, and in other conditions you can’t hold it with one hand for long. The device tends to fall out, especially when moving. Alternatively, you can place it on your elbow, but this is not very convenient. Review on Hitech.vesti.ru adds one more detail: the angle of inclination between the keyboard and the tablet screen is only one (120º), which makes it difficult to hold it on your lap.

Inconvenient volume and lock buttons

During the test for Iphones.ru It became clear that on such a huge tablet these buttons should be wider and larger in size. Otherwise, it’s a little difficult to hit them, especially blindly. The keys are lost in the scale of the gadget. And they look a little awkward, occupying the smallest area on a huge side edge.

Operating system problems

Photo: tehnot.com

iOS9, which has performed so well on Apple smartphones, looks here, as they write in the review on Iphones.ru, somehow “naked.” Large gaps between icons (the authors of almost all reviews are perplexed: why?) and lengthiness doom users to completely unnecessary and unjustified difficulties. In a review on Mobiletelefon.ru It's plainly said: dragging applications from screen to screen one at a time turns into real torture. It would be nice to be able to select several programs at once and group them into a folder, but this is not the case. It would also be useful to add the Quick Actions feature from the iPhone 6s at least for built-in applications, but this is not implemented either.

The on-screen keyboard has a lot of disadvantages: additional buttons appeared, but there were no cursor control keys - you have to point your finger at the screen (doing this at the same time as typing is not particularly convenient).

Limited work in programs and applications

Apple positioned its new product as a tablet that will replace desktops and laptops primarily in a professional environment - for example, among designers. Did not work out. As noted in the review on Gazeta.ru, despite its good performance, in terms of working with images, the iPad is noticeably inferior to stationary devices and laptops. The functions of Lightroom and Photoshop are cut down here, and the organization of files is awkward. The full cycle (shooting, downloading, selecting, processing, transferring/uploading to a social network) can be carried out, but with such difficulties that it is easier to upload the taken photo to a desktop computer and do all subsequent operations with much less labor. The fact is that Adobe has released a bunch of applications for the iPad that break a single process into several small ones: Lightroom for selection and color correction, PS Express for simple processing, Photoshop Fix for more complex processing, and Photoshop Mix for collages. However, the first two are not optimized for the Pro version, and they are very difficult to use. Lightroom does not support third-party presets, does not allow you to edit frame geometry and camera profiles, Photoshop Fix does not support RAW photos, and you can only make adjustment layers in Photoshop Mix from photos. Filling the layer with color or gradient will also not work. Therefore, after suffering, you have to increasingly use the “export to desktop version” button.

Difficulty accessing accessories

Photo: www.thinkapple.sk

Without a stylus and external keyboard, a tablet is just an expensive toy. It makes sense to buy the mentioned accessories right away (and each of them costs about 10% of the price of the iPad itself). But that was not the case: Pencil and Smart Keyboard are sold in few places in Russia. They have to wait up to a month to order. At the same time, both the first and second have a lot of disadvantages. On the keyboard, as stated in the review on Iphones.ru For some reason the layout is different from the one used on Mac. Caps Lock is not illuminated. And there are simply no hotkey shortcuts. In addition, the keyboard itself is uncomfortable to the touch and is more suitable as a stand for an iPad. But without it, working with text on any serious scale is practically impossible.

The Apple Pencil stylus is one of the best in its class, but the exorbitant price and lack of a mount for this device ruin the whole thing. At the same time, the Pencil is a must for children - it is difficult for them to use such a large device without a pointer-extension arm.

DISADVANTAGES WHICH ARE WRITTEN ABOUT IN THE REVIEWS

Changing the color of the screen corners

Users in reviews on Yandex.Market they complain that the corners of the iPad Pro turn yellow against a white background, and in general they note that the further they go, the worse the quality of the screens on Apple devices.

Lack of modern Apple features

Indeed, the sixth series of smartphones with Touch ID 2.0 and the 3D touch system have been on sale for several months, but these technologies have not made it to the new tablet. The iPad Pro has neither.

Weakness of the front camera

Photo: cnet3.cbsistatic.com

1.2 megapixels is, frankly speaking, a pitiful resolution for a tablet that costs more than S1000 in good configuration. According to the owners, the poor quality of the camera does not help at all when using it for selfies and Internet applications. In a review on Max-review.ru It is also emphasized that for such a respectable model the camera could have been made better.

Is it really that bad?

Photo: core0.staticworld.net

Despite the obvious flaws, overall the new giant tablet from Apple deserves attention. The fast processor and 4GB of RAM really put it on par with modern desktops and laptops. Most users note excellent sound (the speakers are located on different sides, are not covered by anything and are quite “bass players”). Multitasking mode, thanks to which you can simultaneously watch a video on YouTube and read text from another site, is very convenient on a large tablet. The iPad has an extremely good battery - up to 10 hours without recharging in operating mode. With a stylus, the iPad Pro is a truly functional device. However, its cost and the shortcomings described in our review make this tablet rather a status device for the rich, rather than a working tool for a wide range of users.

We hear about the Apple brand, which gained its fame thanks to the creation of a number of high-tech devices with an i-shaped prefix (iPod, iPhone, iPad). The line of portable and easy-to-use music players, which also had a unique external design, won its first audience. The next step of the developers was the patented shape of the mobile phone, the smooth lines of which with rounded corners and one functional button on the front panel became a kind of sign of quality. I-new products became increasingly popular not only among the youth audience of the consumer market, but also won the hearts of much more practical business people.

The latest generation of devices from Apple were portable tablet computers that did not require an additional keyboard, mouse or other accessories. In fact, it is slightly smaller than A4 in size, combining the functions of not only a stationary workplace. After all, the iPad boasts a high-resolution camera, as well as a number of built-in and ready-to-use applications. But is such a thing really necessary for every modern person? Let's figure out whether the average user should buy an iPad thanks to the gifts of technological progress.

To weigh the pros and cons, first of all, it is necessary to consider in detail all the characteristics and parameters of the tablet. The pros and cons of this device will speak for themselves.

Pros of the iPad

Compactness. The question of whether to buy an iPad will not arise for those who vitally need to always have a device with them that provides convenient access to the Internet. With this tablet, you can use the search at any time, as well as download the necessary files. The iPad is convenient on the go and doesn't take up much space in your bag.

Cinema and music in a convenient format. Do you love to travel, and prefer to while away your time on the road watching new releases? Or maybe you can’t imagine a holiday without your favorite music, which should always be at hand? Then don't rack your brains deciding whether to buy an iPad. The storage in this device allows you to store a large number of good quality multimedia files. The large and clear display due to its high resolution will satisfy the needs of even the most demanding movie lovers. The iPad has built-in players that can play almost any file format.

Own application store. For the entire line of Apple tablet computers, a so-called licensed application store has been developed, in which, after registration, each iPad owner has the opportunity to purchase and download all the necessary add-ons directly to their device. The same applies to games that are created specifically for this new product.

Paradise for gamers. If you think that enjoying your favorite shooters on the touchpad is not as convenient as on a full-fledged computer, then you are mistaken. Just a couple of touches, and now the gaming reality is subject to your every move. In addition, due to the growing popularity of the Apple company, an increasing number of strategies began to be released taking into account the features of launching on a tablet. In addition, there are a number of games created only for Apple tablets. Still wondering if you should buy an iPad? Say a confident “yes” to the gaming reality of the new format.

Disadvantages of the iPad

Of course, there are spots on the Sun too. Even the most flawless device at first glance will always have a few flaws. The same applies to the iPad.

Price. The well-promoted brand, as well as the versatility of this tablet, ruins all hopes of accessibility for mass consumers. The newer the generation of a representative of the iPad line, the higher its cost will be. But shouldn't its benefits be appreciated? You decide.

Sameness of generations. Each release of a new level of tablet is accompanied by a loud presentation and preliminary anticipation. However, it should be noted that time after time Apple sticks to 80 percent of the characteristics that already exist. Basically, the screen sizes change slightly, and the memory and RAM capacity also increase. Of course, the picture becomes even more realistic, the special effects are even more vivid, but is it necessary to overpay for this? So, you need to think more than once about whether it’s worth buying an iPad 3 just to follow the trend of constant updating, or whether you can limit yourself to the first model of the tablet.

Fragility. Unfortunately, this tablet is quite easy to damage even by carelessly touching the display. This expensive item is very sensitive to contact with dust, dirt, water, as well as mechanical shocks. Is it worth buying an iPad if you are used to simple and careless handling of technology? Probably not, though. Unless regularly spending sums of this magnitude is an everyday occurrence for you.
