To prepare this beet and prune salad, use fresh carrots. It is better to take juicy and sweet carrots, taste them before starting cooking. On the fine side of a grater, chop the peeled carrots and place in a bowl. Add mayonnaise and, if desired, a handful of raisins. Stir and set the container aside.
First, for the salad, bake several medium beets in foil at a temperature of 180 degrees (30-40 minutes).
