  1. Before starting work, mix the product thoroughly, preferably using a drill with a special attachment at medium speed.
  2. If a crust has formed on the surface of the material during storage, we destroy it with a drill attachment, moving up and down.
  3. The surfaces on which we will apply liquid thermal insulation are degreased. To do this, we use kerosene, solvents, and gasoline.
  4. We wait for the degreasers to dry completely.
  5. We clean metal surfaces from paint residues, dust, dirt, and visible rust cakes.
  6. Absorbent surfaces, such as concrete, brick, plaster and others, must first be moistened with plain water or primed acrylic composition.
  7. The first layer is considered a primer. Its thickness should be minimal - about 0.3 millimeters. With greater thickness, drips, swelling, and peeling may form.
  8. Apply a second layer of thermal paint only after the previous one has completely dried. At a temperature of about 20 degrees above zero, polymerization of one layer occurs within about 12 hours.
  9. If Keramoizol is applied to hot metal surfaces (pipes, for example), then the polymerization time is significantly reduced.
  10. It will take about a day for complete polymerization of all layers.

It was this idea that was taken as a basis.

It can be diluted (diluted) with water, which will allow you to work with ceramic insulation in the room being treated without additional ventilation. You can also use Keramoizol with a varnish base (it is advisable to use in winter time year with air temperature less than +5 °C).

Energy-saving paint is used during its application process in the same way as regular paint, usually in two or three layers using a brush or roller, spray gun, spray on all types of surfaces (the exception is polyethylene).

The coating layer of energy-saving paint should be no less than 0.5 mm thick. The consumption rate of keramoizol for a coating layer is 1 liter per 2 square meters.

Drying and polymerization continues after 24 hours, after which it will be possible to apply finishing materials (putty, paint, treat with other finishing materials). After complete drying, the energy-saving material works without losing its properties. physical properties in the temperature range, which ranges from -50 °C to + 220 °C, but there is also a special high-temperature composition that can maintain its properties up to a temperature of +700 °C.

Thermal insulating coating "KERAMOIZOL" belongs to the low-flammability group B1, the non-flammable group RP1, the low-flammability group G1 with the smoke-generating ability of group D2 (moderate).
