A person is able to clearly see his goal,
- know that his goal is what he needs,
- believe that he can handle it.

And these components are very important in overcoming obstacles.

As my friend told me: “Natalya, everything is fine with you in any situation: “the knives are not sharpened - the children will not cut themselves, it’s blowing from the window - Fresh air in the house". Of course, you don’t need to wear rose-colored glasses, but you shouldn’t constantly worry about minor problems. There are worse situations in life.

8. Don’t get hung up on the problem, don’t grind it in your head, but try to solve it. And the sooner you start doing this, the better for you.
