In the first option, a card will be created, but it will not appear to be filled out. The employee will not be on the general list. In order to fill out information about it, you need to enable the “Show drafts” flag on the main form. You can also open a record for editing by double-clicking on it.
When you select “Fill out card”, a form for filling out information will open. In order for an employee to be displayed in the general list, you need to fill out at least the minimum information.
When an employee leaves, he will also no longer appear in the general list. You can show fired employees by turning on the flag of the same name on the main form.
