Water leakage protection The dishwasher is equipped with a water leakage protection device that can automatically close the inlet valve and turn on the drain pump when it detects a water level above normal. When similar situation close the main water supply tap and contact the service center. If water remains in the drip tray due to an overflow or a small leak, it must be poured out before restarting the dishwasher. 3 NOTE: If this model is not equipped with a water softener, skip the next section. WATER SOFTENER DEVICE There are two ways to reduce the hardness of the water: one is to use an appropriate device, the other is to use a detergent. Water hardness varies depending on the terrain. When using hard water for dishwashers, deposits form on the dishes. The appliance is equipped with a special water softener that uses regenerating salt to remove limescale and mineral deposits. Adding regenerating salt to the water softener Use only regenerating salt designed for dishwashers. The salt container is located under the lower basket. It is filled as follows: 1 Remove the lower basket by unscrewing and removing the lid of the salt container. 2 If you are filling the container for the first time, fill it 2/3 full with water. 3 Insert the funnel (supplied) into the hole and add about 2 kg of salt. Pouring out of the container is allowed a small amount water. 4 Close the lid of the container carefully. NOTE 1. The container should be refilled when the no-salt indicator light comes on. Even if the container is full enough, the light may stay on until the salt is completely dissolved. 2. In case of salt spillage, the soaking program can be carried out. Adjusting the salt consumption This appliance has the ability to adjust the amount of salt used depending on the hardness of the water. This is to optimize salt consumption and is done as follows: 1 Unscrew the cap of the salt container. 2 The container has a ring with an arrow printed on it (see picture); if necessary, the ring should be turned counterclockwise from the "-" sign to the "+" sign, depending on the degree of water hardness. It is recommended to adjust according to the following chart: WATER HARDNESS Position Salt consumption Filling capacity Pointer scale (g/cycle) (cycles/2 kg) °dH mmol/I Clark 0-14 0-10 0-1.7 0 / 14-36 18 -44 1.8-4.4 / 20 60 36-71 45-89 4.5-8.9 MED 40 40 71 89 8.9 + 60 25 For information on water hardness, please contact the appropriate authorities in your area. 4 DETERGENT DISPENSER DO NOT PUT IN TOO MUCH DETERGENT TO PREVENT DEPOSITS. FOR THIS MACHINE IS PROVIDED WITH A DEVICE FOR SOFTENING WATER. The dispenser must be filled before starting each wash cycle according to the instructions given in the "Wash Cycle Chart". This appliance uses less detergent and gloss than conventional dishwashers. Usually, one tablespoon of powder should be added for a normal load. More dirty dishes require use more powder. Fill the powder only immediately before starting the device. Otherwise, it may become damp and dissolve unevenly. Amount of detergent needed IF THE WATER IS NOT TOO HARD, YOU CAN PREVENT DEPOSITS BY ADDING MORE POWDER. The required amount of powder may vary depending on the degree of water hardness. To determine the degree of water hardness in your area, contact the appropriate authorities. The harder the water, the more powder should be used. Please note that the amount of powder should be adjusted in small portions until the optimal dosage is found. Removal of limescale. To remove limescale, try following operations: Wash the dishes using the normal washing cycle. Take everything out of the car metal objects- cutlery, pots, etc. Do not fill the powder. Pour vinegar into a cup and place it on the bottom basket. Run a normal wash program. If the desired result is not achieved, try repeating the same procedure, filling the cup 1/4 full with citric acid crystals. Proper use of powder WARNING Use only special powder for dishwashers. Store the powder in a dry corrosive environment. Keep it out of the reach of a cool place. Do not fill the powder into the dispenser, children. until the dishes are ready for washing. SHINE DISPENSER To open the dispenser, turn the cap to the “open” (left) arrow and lift it up. Pour the gloss into the dispenser, being careful not to overfill. Replace the cover by aligning it with the “open” arrow and turning it to the “closed” arrow (to the right). Gloss agent is applied during the final rinse to prevent water drips that leave spots and streaks on the plates. In addition, it facilitates drying, as water drains better from the surface of the dish. The design of these machines provides for the use liquid agent for shine. The appropriate dispenser is located inside the door on the side of the detergent dispenser. To refill it, open the lid and pour the product until the level indicator darkens completely. The dispenser contains approximately 100 ml of gloss. In order not to form an excess of foam, make sure that the dispenser does not overflow. Remove spilled product damp cloth. Remember to replace the lid before closing the dishwasher door. If the water is not very hard, it is not necessary to use a gloss product, so that a whitish film does not form on the plates. Adjusting the rinse agent dispenser During the final rinse, the dispenser dispenses a certain amount of gloss agent. As with powder, the amount of gloss needed depends on the hardness of the water. Excessive gloss can create foam, resulting in a cloudy or blotchy surface. If the water is not hard, there is no need to use a gloss product. If you wish to use it, you can dissolve it in an equal amount of water. The gloss dispenser has six positions. Start adjustment from position "1" each time. If stains are noticed or the dishes are not dry enough, increase the dosage of gloss agent by turning the dispenser cap to position "2". If the dishes are again not dry enough or stained, turn the lid to the next position until stains are completely avoided. It is recommended to set the dispenser to position "4". 1 6 3 54 2 5 When to refill the gloss agent dispenser If there is no indicator light on the control panel for lack of gloss agent, the remaining amount of gloss agent can be determined as follows. The black dot on the dispenser indicates the amount of product left in the dispenser. When the amount of the agent is reduced, the size of the black dot decreases. Do not allow the level of gloss agent to be less than ¼ of the volume of the dispenser. As the gloss medium is reduced, the black dot on the level indicator changes in size, as in the figure. The basis of the dishwasher is the tank. A sprayer is attached to the tank, which rotates under the influence of incoming water. At the bottom of the tank there is a bath with a heating element for heating water and a sensor that controls the temperature of the liquid. In the side parts there are drainage holes to remove excess air. They are needed so that water under pressure does not make it possible to break the body of the machine.

On the back panel is electric valve. After opening it, water enters the tank through the pipes. Then, through the drainage holes, heated water is pumped into the bath into the nozzles through the drainage holes, from where the dishes are washed with a jet stream.

During the operation of the unit, the "float" system is also involved. When enough water has accumulated, a special beacon swinging on the waves gives a signal, and the water supply valve closes. Often the failure of this small part is the cause of the failure of the entire machine.

Causes of a broken dishwasher

The reasons for a non-working Ardo dishwasher are:

  • Manufacturing defects. It is solved by replacing the defective part or the entire machine.
  • Problem with wiring or outlet. To eliminate it, replace the faulty outlet or stretch a new electrical cable.
  • Using detergent Bad quality, which does not cope with cleaning dishes from food debris. It is advisable to check the labeling of the dishwashing detergent with the possibility of using it for this type of dishwasher.
  • Filters often get clogged. In order to keep the drainage holes clean and prevent small pieces from getting stuck in them, before putting the dishes in the machine, you need to clean them of food residues under a stream of cold water or with a special brush.
  • The equipment was initially connected incorrectly. To avoid problems, it is advisable to carefully read the instructions before installation or entrust the connection to professionals.
  • Door not tightly closed. In Ardo dishwashers, the latches should work when the door is closed. The mechanism is so arranged that without a tightly closed door, the unit will not turn on. This is also indicated in the instructions.
  • The instruction for the Ardo dishwasher says that for the correct operation of the equipment and a long service life, it is necessary to load the dishes correctly - the upper shelf is for small containers (plates, cups), and the lower one is for large ones (pots, pans, large dishes). The instructions also indicate how to properly stack mugs, cups and glasses (bottom up).

Also, the repair of Ardo dishwashers may be caused by the failure of some spare parts or replaceable elements:

  • Clogged filter at the bottom of the tank. To fix the problem, it is enough to remove this part and rinse it thoroughly with a brush.
  • Clogged drainage holes. If the water flows out weakly through the nozzles, without the necessary pressure, then the dishes will not be washed. To increase the pressure, it is enough to clean the holes clogged with dirt with a toothpick or a gypsy needle.
  • Broken circulation pump. Visually, this can be seen if the blade from below does not move after the unit is turned on, and there is no characteristic sound of a rotating element. Requires replacement of a broken part. You can do this yourself, but care is required, you will need to remove the fasteners from the bottom of the tank and disconnect the tubes. After replacement, all elements should be installed back in the same order.
  • A rare breakdown of dishwashers is damage to the motor winding. Electricians usually resolve this issue quickly.
  • If water overflows, then most likely the water sensor located at the rear of the unit from below has failed. When pouring water into the tank with the machine turned off, we can talk about a broken solenoid valve. Replacing a part is easy even on your own.
  • Sometimes temperature sensors fail. In this case, the liquid in the tank is either too low or too high temperature. At a low temperature, a high-quality dishwashing simply will not occur, at a high temperature, the equipment will stop.
  • Scale on the heating element, which does not allow the water in the lower bath to warm up, is also the reason for the poor quality of washing. In order to avoid such problems, you should use only proven detergents or use special additives from time to time to clean the heaters from scale.

Repair of the above kitchen appliances inexpensive, breakdowns in them occur infrequently with proper operation and following the instructions.

★★★★★ Rating: 5 out of 5

Advantages: Inexpensive, bought for 1340 UAH. Washes just super duper chic, washes everything and even old Soviet frying pans. Washing this with your hands is simply not realistic, and water and dishwashing detergents a lot more when washing by hand.

Disadvantages: No 30 minute wash, except for a 30 minute wash of lightly soiled glassware. But for this price, there can be no complaints.

Comment: The whole family is very satisfied with this device, we advise everyone.

Pros: Low cost, sufficient functionality

Cons: Machine drying is not always enough

Comment: I have long wanted to get a dishwasher, but the price of such devices usually turned me away from this idea ... And now, when I almost didn’t even think about buying such a device, I was simply accidentally attracted by the fact that this is a real dishwasher and it really costs not so much... Specifications they said that the car is quite functional. I made up my mind and bought it. I am happy with my choice, although it was not a choice as such, I just bought an inexpensive dishwasher. The load capacity is enough to fit the dishes of a family of 2 who eat breakfast and dinner at home. The quality of washing dishes is sufficient high level, the machine does its job quite well, in very rare cases, the dishes also have to be rinsed a little by hand, and only if they are stained with something very corrosive, sticky, etc. Sometimes (rarely) the dishes are not dried enough, perhaps due to the fact that sometimes the machine is loaded to the eyeballs ... But in general, all the functions of the dishwasher are implemented at a fairly high level. Preset dishwashing programs are enough for spilled dishes, for different levels of soiling. Additional installation There are no programs available for this machine. The design of the machine is very simple, without sophisticated solutions, simple, ergonomic, functional. Dimensions allow you to easily place this dishwasher in any kitchen. Personally, I am very pleased that I got this kitchen helper.

Advantages: Yakіst vidmivannya.

Disadvantages: It's important to call her, otherwise he's so short.

Comment: It has been a long time since I dreamed about a dishwasher, so I saved an hour, and I bought it again, as if I knew that Ardo would work with the same technology, and I won the zupinitis myself on this march. Even if they checked, but all the same they were in the grip of the dishes "on the way out". Little by little you bring in old frying pans. Before we speak, our largest frying pans and pans fit miraculously, which you can’t visually say about the similar Electrolux. Still, it is necessary to call, to change the way of forming the way of life, to touch the dishes. They didn’t take the dishes for a day - now it’s necessary, so much, like cups and so on, it’s necessary to buy more, for a family of 3 people it took a day. Well, and stick to "Tetris" laying the dishes you need. Vіdraz bought Somato tablets. Back in half, sweat in half. Well і sіl, we have zhorstka water. But, perhaps, we will experiment with 3-component miyuchimi - stench and cheaper and gnuchkishoy in programs. Before the speech, in the instructions, it is similar to a pardon - the first time you need to pour not 1 liter of water, but 0.5 before the sill, otherwise 1 kg of salt, not in the water. Porovnyuvav s Electrolux flooring, not in their greed, like on me ARDO - more єmna, I won’t say exactly the model, well, a little zovsіm EL. Stainless steel in the middle (against plastic), well, the price is not enough. That one was anointed for profit EL (koshika skinny) - not worthy. If you want the functionality there, it’s a little better - and aqua-stop, and a start-up, but .. you need it, it’s all 100.
