  2. Three zest on a fine grater, without affecting the white part. Pour raisins with boiling water for a few minutes, gently rinse and wipe. Add the ingredients to the filling and mix several times with a spoon.
  3. Pour the flour into a convenient container and mix with chopped margarine (preferably chilled). We grind the products with our hands along with the remaining granulated sugar and soda. It should be a small crumb.
  4. Preheat the oven. Put half of the dough into a greased form and lightly crush it with your hands.
  5. Then distribute the filling in an even layer and sprinkle the remaining crumbs on the cake. We bake the dessert for at least half an hour at standard temperature.
  6. Once ready, cool the pastry and only then remove it from the mold. Serve with your favorite drink.

It is worth noting that the calorie content of such a dessert does not exceed 330 kcal per 100 g.

Chocolate lovers will definitely appreciate the following recipe. Such a dessert is very often prepared for children who do not like to eat cottage cheese in its pure form.

To prepare it you will need:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • 400 g of softened butter;
  • 4 tbsp. flour of the highest grade;
  • 3 art. l. cocoa;
  • 2 tbsp. white sugar;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 1 tsp soda;
  • vanillin.

Recipe:

  1. We put the oil in a water bath or microwave for one minute. Add a glass of granulated sugar, soda, flour and (preferably sifted) cocoa.
  2. First with a spoon, and then with your hands, knead the elastic dough. It should be quite soft and not stick to your hands.
  3. We divide it into two equal parts. We form balls. We wrap them in bags and hide in the cold for at least half an hour.
  4. If there is a lot of water in the cottage cheese, then put it in a colander and wait for the excess liquid to drain. After that, we grind the product through a sieve, combine with sugar and an egg. Vanillin can be added at the end if desired.
  5. Mix everything thoroughly to achieve maximum uniformity.
  6. We coat a baking sheet that matches the size of the oven with a thin layer of vegetable oil. We take out part of the dough and rub it on a coarse grater. Then, evenly distribute over the entire surface and lightly crush with your hands. You can also use a special baking dish, but you should make sure that the base is not too thick.
  7. Spread all the filling and rub the remaining dough. We try to do everything pretty quickly so that the ball does not start to melt right in your hands.
  8. Homemade cakes are cooked for about an hour at standard temperature.

Now we will talk about how to cook with a multifaceted, if I may say so, filling.

It will take not so much time and simple products will be needed:

  • 500 g low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 200 g of sifted flour;
  • 130 g butter;
  • 50 g of granulated sugar;
  • 4 tbsp. l. orange jam;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 2 hard pears;
  • 2 tbsp. l. powdered sugar;
  • orange zest of one orange;
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar;
  • a small pinch of table salt.

Recipe:

  1. Wash the fruits well under running water and dry them on a kitchen towel. We rub the zest of the orange, trying not to touch the white part.
  2. We shift the resulting chips into a deep bowl, add cottage cheese, two types of sugar and 2 eggs. It is advisable to kill everything with a blender. You can use a spoon.
  3. We cut the pears into small slices, remove the core with all the bones. Add them to the rest of the ingredients and mix everything well.
  4. Pour all the flour into a deep container. Add grated butter, egg, icing sugar and a little salt. We knead the elastic dough with our hands and hide it for 20 minutes in the freezer.
  5. Grease a baking dish with a small piece of butter. Sprinkle the bottom with semolina or a small amount of flour.
  6. We rub half of the dough on a coarse grater and evenly distribute it over the surface, pressing it down a little with a spatula or hands. Do not forget to form small sides.
  7. We spread the curd filling on top, and then a thin layer of orange jam (can be replaced with apricot or apple).
  8. We rub the remaining dough and sprinkle it with the future dessert. We do this as quickly as possible so that the mass in the hands does not have time to heat up.
  9. We bake the cake in a preheated oven (190 degrees) for at least an hour. The cooking time may vary depending on the power of the oven.

The famous singer shared the recipe of her favorite dessert. In the classic version, it is made only with citrus fruits and apples.

Over time, many housewives, in order to get a brighter taste, began to add a little cottage cheese.

  • 300 g lean;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 3 art. l. starch;
  • 3 apples (sweet);
  • 2-3 lemons;
  • 2.5 st. white sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l. thick sour cream;
  • 1 st. l. grated lemon zest;
  • a pinch of vanillin;
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder;
  • powdered sugar is added to taste and as desired.

Recipe:

  1. Softened butter is rubbed with 1.5 cups of granulated sugar. Add eggs, vanillin if desired, lemon zest, sour cream and baking powder. Beat the composition with a mixer until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Gradually add flour (its amount may vary) and knead a soft elastic dough. We divide it into 2 parts and send one, wrapped in plastic wrap, to the freezer.
  3. From the second, we roll out a thin layer, transfer it to a baking dish and form small sides.
  4. We heat the oven to 180 degrees and put the base in it for a quarter of an hour.
  5. Pour boiling water over the lemons, cut them into several parts and take out the seeds. We pass the fruits through a meat grinder along with the peel. Add the remaining sugar, gelatin and mix everything well.
  6. We cut the apples into small slices and remove all the bones with a hard core.
  7. Lightly baked base (still warm) evenly sprinkle with starch. Then we lay out the apple slices, then the cottage cheese, and at the end the lemon mixture.
  8. We take the dough out of the freezer and rub it on a coarse grater. With the resulting chips, we try to completely cover the filling.
  9. Put the dessert back in the preheated oven for at least 45 minutes.

The original recipe for grated lemon pie can be seen in our today's video.

I love grated pies for their versatility - you can put any sweet filling between the layers of grated butter dough (cottage cheese, grated apples with sugar, thick pitted jam, chocolate chips). I also love the taste, especially in the version with cottage cheese! And it is with this dough that I never have problems, the pie is delicious and is prepared in an elementary way.

Prepare the following products: wheat flour, butter, egg, sugar, heavy cream (or sour cream, but it will need half as much as cream), baking powder, soft tasty cottage cheese without sourness.

To prepare the dough, combine flour with baking powder, soft melted butter, sugar, cream and one egg.

Knead a fairly stiff dough, gather it into a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator. For the curd filling, combine cottage cheese, sugar and cream.

Using a blender, achieve a homogeneous smooth curd mass.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide into two parts. Grate one part of the dough (coarse grater) directly into the mold, distribute it so that the layer is the same in thickness everywhere. Put the curd filling on the crumb and level it with a spoon so that the filling completely covers the bottom layer of the dough crumb.

Grate the second part of the dough and add the curd filling.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the grated pie for 30-35 minutes (I baked the pie for 33 minutes). Cut the finished pie into pieces while still warm.

Here is such an appetizing grated pie with cottage cheese turned out - bon appetit!

Grated pies are a very tasty and nutritious dessert, and cottage cheese and fruits or berries in its composition add variety and health benefits. Among the sweet tooth who have tried this dish, no one will remain indifferent! You still do not know how to cook a grated pie with cottage cheese? We will teach you this simple art.

Recipe basis

Such pies are also called Hungarian. Probably because their recipe came to us from the national cuisine of this wonderful country. And you have probably seen such pies on the windows of numerous pastry shops. They are usually sold cut into square pieces and are called "Viennese Cookies".

Housewives love grated pies for their versatility. The filling can be almost everything that is in the kitchen: cottage cheese, fresh or frozen berries, fruits, jam, jam, jams. The peculiarity of the grated pie is at its base. This is a classic shortcrust pastry, but it depends on your desire how exactly you use it for a pie. You can roll it into a layer, or you can freeze it and grate it on a coarse grater or make crumbs out of it. This changes not only the appearance of baking, but also the taste becomes more diverse.

Grated pies with cottage cheese are very tasty and easy to prepare.

Most often, a grated pie is done like this: for the bottom layer, part of the dough is rolled into a layer, the filling is laid on it, and sprinkled with grated or crumbled remaining dough on top. In this form, the dessert is baked in the oven. It is for this ease of preparation that grated pies are loved by many.

If you have a supply of frozen shortcrust pastry, then it will take literally half an hour to prepare a dessert, and guests will not take you by surprise.

The first thing you need for such a pie is shortbread (butter) dough. If you are still new to cooking and do not know how to cook it, then our tips will surely come in handy.

For shortcrust classic dough, you need the following products:

  • Wheat flour;
  • butter (sometimes cream margarine is used instead);
  • chicken eggs;
  • sour cream (you can use cream);
  • sugar.

The number of ingredients depends on the specific recipe and on the number of servings.

Please note that if you use cream instead of sour cream, then you need to take 2 times more.

The simplest set of products for a pie

Preparing this dough is quite simple. Flour is mixed with baking powder, softened, slightly melted butter, egg, cream and sugar are added. Everything is thoroughly mixed to a very cool and elastic consistency. From the dough you need to form 2 balls, wrap them with cling film, and then keep in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

If you plan to bake the pie another time, you can freeze the shortcrust pastry wrapped in film.

We introduced cottage cheese into the recipe so that the pies become especially tender, and moreover, healthy. Choose cottage cheese according to your own taste - fatty or not. Many housewives recommend taking sweet cottage cheese or adding more sugar to it. But if you like a natural sour taste, then such an experiment will only benefit.

Remember to follow the proportions of the products so as not to harm the baking. Remember an important culinary rule: one step to the left, one step to the right of the recommended amount - and the dish can be hopelessly spoiled.

Ingredients

✓ 3 cups flour

✓ 250 g margarine or butter

✓ 1 tsp soda

✓ 1 (incomplete) glass of sugar

✓ 0.5 kg of cottage cheese

✓ 1 (incomplete) glass of sugar

✓ 100 g raisins

✓ 1 tsp vanilla syrup

Recipe

Before preparing the dough, it is better to cool all products.

Pour the sifted flour onto a large cutting board.

Add the butter, cut into pieces, to the flour.

In some recipes, the oil is proposed to grind on a grater.

But, since this shortbread dough is a crumb, it is better to chop it with a knife along with flour.

Add sugar and soda to it and mix again. I did it again with a knife.

We remove our unusual dough in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, let's get on with the filling. Beat cottage cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla syrup.

I did this with a blender. Add raisins and then stir.

We take out the crumbs from the refrigerator and scatter most of it in an even layer on a baking sheet, without tamping.

Smooth out, making borders at the edges. You don't need to grease the pan.

We spread the curd filling on top, fall asleep with the remaining crumbs.

We put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Let cool a little and take out our cake from the pan (I got it without any problems).

Delicious with tea and milk.
