To carry out installation work on installing gas equipment, only professional specialists who have permission to carry out the work should be involved. Before installation, they check for gas leaks in the system.
Note: It is strictly not recommended to install any gas equipment yourself, especially a water heater. Specialists, following the instructions, comply with the rules for connecting to a gas source and plumbing system.
You should pay attention to the manufacturer's warranty. You need to know in advance how to get it. Installation of the column is possible only after obtaining the right to commission it.
To start the device for the first time, you need to call specialists service center to receive a mark on the warranty card. Only after this does the warranty certificate come into force. Also, the column must be officially installed, i.e. in coordination with local economic authorities.
It would seem that all the additional functions built into the column are automatically adjusted. But this does not mean that nothing depends on you.
Expert advice: It is better to limit the outlet water temperature. At high temperature water accelerates the formation of salts and scale on the heating element.
Consider the hardness of the water in your piping system. Repair and maintenance in case of breakdowns must be carried out by qualified specialists.
It is necessary to clean the burners and heating element, as well as clean the entire device from dust and dirt. With proper use, the column will last a long time.

Purpose of main components and components geyser Neva 4511, 4513
Water-gas unit 4 is designed to control the gas supply to the burner, regulate water flow and consists of water and gas units (the design of the unit ensures gas access to the burner only if there is a water flow);
Burner 5 is designed to create and supply an air-gas mixture to the combustion site;
The gas exhaust device 9 is designed to remove combustion products into the chimney;
Spark plug 10 is designed to create a spark discharge to ignite the burner;
The flame presence sensor 11 provides control of the burner operation;
Heat exchanger 12 ensures the transfer of heat obtained from gas combustion to water flowing through its pipes;
Thermal relay 16 (draft presence sensor) is designed to turn off the device if there is no draft in the chimney;
Water temperature sensor 18 is designed to determine the water temperature at the outlet of the apparatus;
Thermal relay 19 (water overheating sensor) is designed to turn off the Neva 4511, 4513 geyser when the water is heated above 90°C;
Plug 20 serves to drain water from the water circuit of the device to prevent it from freezing; The safety valve built into the plug is designed to protect the water circuit of the water heater from increased water pressure.

When water begins to flow through the water unit 22 (see Fig. 3) with a flow rate of at least 2.5 l/min, the membrane rod 25 opens the gas valve 30 and the contacts of the microswitch 17 close, after which the control unit 15 opens the electromagnetic valve 13 and begins to flow current pulses high voltage per candle 10.
Burner 5 is ignited by spark discharges between the spark plug electrode and the nozzle of the burner section. Next, the operation of the burner is monitored by flame presence sensor 11.
Water flow regulator 1 regulates the amount and temperature of water leaving the device: turning the regulator counterclockwise increases the flow rate and reduces the water temperature; turning the knob clockwise reduces the flow rate and increases the water temperature.
The position of the regulator also determines the water flow at which the device turns on.
Gas flow regulator 2 regulates the amount of gas entering the burner to obtain the required water temperature at its set flow rate: turning the regulator counterclockwise increases the gas flow and water temperature; turning the knob clockwise reduces gas flow and water temperature.
When water flow stops or its flow rate decreases to less than 2.5 l/min, the contacts of microswitch 17 open and valves 13 and 30 close. The burner goes out.
