Positioning

By the third generation, Moto X has increased in size and multiplied at the same time, now it is not one, but three models with the prefix Play, Style, Pure. The difference between them is huge, starting with the diagonal of the screen and its resolution and ending with the amount of RAM, battery size and processor. The youngest device in the line is Moto X Play, the capabilities of which we will talk about in this review. The text will definitely contain a comparison of these models, but for now I want to dwell on the positioning of the Moto X Play, which is becoming the most affordable model in the family at a minimum price of 299 euros and more.

The idea of Moto X has always been simple and close to the consumer: for three kopecks (three hundred in our case) to get a phone that, if inferior to flagships costing two to two and a half times more, is not much. In a word, a device that looks good, has a high-quality performance, a decent camera. A sort of workhorse with a nice design, good body materials and decent performance.

Motorola MOTO X 2014

If in 2014 the Moto X model differed in dimensions typical for flagships, and the screen diagonal was 5.2 inches, then in 2015 Motorola decided to go a little further and make a model with a diagonal of 5.5 inches. Despite the same name, we have a fundamentally different device in front of us, it quietly moved from the phone segment to the phablet segment and here, in terms of price / quality ratio, it offers one of the best options for buying. A distinctive feature of the entire line of phones from Motorola is a favorable price and the presence of its own features that improve the perception of devices, put them on a par with the best solutions from other companies. But for those who already own Moto X of previous generations, the novelty may seem too big, not on hand. There is a feeling that the company wanted to improve many parameters, but decided to focus on the screen diagonal as one of the most understandable and familiar characteristics for the consumer. Involuntarily, the cheaper Moto G model takes the place of the Moto X of 2014, and all devices with the X index have turned into phablets.

Perhaps it is important to make one digression here. If you do not have a compact phone, you are used to large devices, then the new Moto X will come in handy, it is not at all as gigantic as it might seem. But the dimensions are larger than the 5-inch models, and this should be remembered, especially if you want to buy a phone in absentia, here you should weigh the pros and cons many times.

Speaking about Moto X Play, it should be noted that this is one of the most interesting phones in terms of cost, although it is not without certain shortcomings, compromises that the manufacturer was forced to make. However, let's take a closer look at it, especially since I used the device for a month as my main phone.

Design, dimensions, controls

Motorola usually gives you the opportunity to customize the phone for yourself and your ideas of beauty, for this you can use the special utility MOTOMaker, you choose the color of the case, panels and design. By default, Play is available in two colors - white and black.

This model does not provide for deep customization, especially since it is only supplied to a number of European countries and Asia. For example, it is available in India and absent in the US, where the previous device takes its place. Therefore, if you expected that, as before, it would be possible to choose a bamboo back panel, then you should forget about it.

The rear panel is made removable, which allows us to hope that various options for additional panels can be found on sale. Interestingly, the case is non-separable and the opening of the panel has only one function - changing the appearance of the device.

I really like the way the panels are designed in Motorola, this device is no exception. A diamond-shaped pattern, a rubber panel feels non-slip in the hands and is tactilely pleasant. This device feels in the hand can give odds to many other models, especially those that are noticeably more expensive.

Compared to Samsung Galaxy Note 5

The case is curved, so the size is indicated both in the thinnest part and in the middle, where the thickening is maximum. Dimensions - 148x75x8.9-10.9 mm, weight - 169 grams. Fits perfectly in the hand, weighty, you can get it out of your pocket without looking.

On the back panel there is a recess with the company logo. When you hold the device in your hands, your finger rests in it, which is convenient. There is an on/off button on the right side, it's ribbed and easy to find without looking at the phone. Below is a paired volume rocker.

Case materials are typical for a product of this class - it is plastic, there is no metal in the phone. The frame around the case looks like metal, but it is a mass-painted plastic, quite resistant to scratches. There is nothing wrong with the fact that there is no metal frame here, I don’t see it, the construction is quite reliable and withstands falls. The screen is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The phone has two microphones, there is a noise reduction system, it works perfectly. Microphones are located at the ends. Also on the top end you can see a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and next to it is a slot for SIM-cards and memory cards. The design of the holder is quite curious: on the one hand, you can insert one or two SIM-cards, on the other hand - a memory card. The fact that memory cards have appeared can be considered progress. Those who buy the European version of the phone on one nanoSIM card can easily reflash it to proprietary software with support for two cards, and you need to remove the plug, and you will have a full-fledged connector. In a word, cheaply and cheerfully you can get a full-fledged device for two SIM-cards, only the radio module will remain the same as it was. You should also think about what LTE frequencies you need, it is possible that the game is not worth the candle and activating the second card during flashing is an unnecessary hassle.

The microUSB connector is located on the bottom end, everything is standard here.

Now a few words about the Activity Display, in the previous model on the front panel, in addition to the light sensor, there were also IR sensors that felt that you were bringing your hand to the screen and turned on icons on it, with which you could quickly open the application or rewind music. Here the icons remained, but the sensors themselves were removed. Now the icons are displayed as soon as you touch the phone, their activation is based on movement.

Unfortunately, in the car this leads to false positives, often the screen turns on when the phone just bounces on bumps, on the table it can also sometimes react to shaking. Useful in this mode is less than we would like.

The phone lacks an LED indicator, which is also a sign of a budget solution. Finally, it remains to say that Motorola treated the case and components of the device with a water-repellent liquid, it complies with the IP52 standard. It is impossible to drown, but he must calmly withstand a heavy downpour.

Externally, the front panel is designed in such a way that it seems that there are two speakers. So, however, it is. But when playing music, only the bottom speaker works, the top speaker only works during calls. There is nothing wrong with this, as the volume of the speaker is very high, the sound is clear and well audible. Repeatedly we sang to this phone in the car, starting the music through the speaker.

Build quality, water protection (albeit additional) - all this distinguishes the device from the mass of other models. The manufacturer can be praised for the appearance and characteristics, he managed to make an interesting model.

Display

While every manufacturer tries to put a SuperAMOLED screen on the flagship models, here we are waiting for a regular, but very high-quality IPS display. With a diagonal of 5.5 inches, a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels for a phone in this price group is an excellent offer. The screen quality is beyond praise: a smooth picture, the brightness can be adjusted automatically and works well. In the sun, the screen remains readable, the picture is clearly visible. Viewing angles are maximum. Like it or not, but this screen gives the impression of a very high quality and at the level of the best samples in its class. It is possible that there is not enough brightness, but this is a matter of life, you quickly get used to the level that is in the device.

It is comfortable to watch movies on it, it allows both diagonal and resolution. In a word, this device can be praised for a long time for the screen. Fingerprints remain visible despite the oleophobic coating.

Battery

The characteristics of the built-in Li-Ion battery are as follows: 3630 mAh, full charge time with a complete charger is about 3.5 hours. But the phone has TurboCharger technology (similar to Qualcomm's QuickCharge or Samsung's Fast Adaptive Charge), with which the battery can be fully charged in about an hour and twenty minutes. Agree that support for this technology is a huge plus, only you have to buy a charger separately. I checked with the phone fast charging from Samsung, it works without any problems.

The manufacturer claims that the phone is able to work up to 48 hours in mixed mode, that is, with active use, it will last two days. Impressions in the first week of using the device were not so rosy, the battery ran out during the day, and the screen time was about 3.5-4 hours, which can not be called a record. And other tasks that would have a negative impact on the time of work were not performed. I wondered why other users have completely different results.

On the sixth day, a miracle happened, the phone suddenly started working noticeably longer on its own and without any change in the settings. You can look at the results below, but on average it is always two days with 5-6 hours of screen operation (backlight at an average level), a fairly large amount of data transferred. I want to remind you that in the GSam program some data are displayed crookedly and do not match the built-in utility, so you should give preference to it if the data diverges.

The resulting operating time can be safely called very good. For comparison, my Note 5 / EDGE + in the same modes live about 1.5 times less time (they have a brighter backlight, a higher screen resolution and a smaller battery, but they still live noticeably less). Of the modern LTE-smartphones, this model can be safely called one of the longest-lived, especially since the battery in Pure / Style is smaller, as is the operating time. That is, the younger model also wins in terms of operating time, which is not bad.

Memory, RAM, chipset and performance

The phone has 2 GB of RAM, which can be considered the golden mean for such devices, it's not a little, but not a lot either. Built-in memory, you can choose 16 or 32 GB, but there is also support for microSD memory cards up to 128 GB. This is a big plus for the device, especially against the background of the fact that Samsung refuses memory cards in many models.

The chipset inside the phone is Snapdragon 615, 1.7 GHz, 8 cores, Adreno 405 graphics accelerator. The performance of this solution is average, but Motorola has learned to squeeze the maximum possible out of Qualcomm chipsets without increasing power consumption. Take a look at the synthetic test results below.

In practice, not everything is as cloudless as we would like. To begin with, slowdowns are often observed in the interface, third-party programs can open slowly, but brakes can also occur when waking up in regular menus, for example, the SMS list or calls. This is not very annoying, especially if you keep in mind the price of the phone, but it is certainly very far from the flagships. Here I can advise a simple thing: evaluate for yourself how critical this moment is for you. There are people who can't handle even a millisecond delay, and then there are those who just don't care.

USB, Bluetooth, communication capabilities

Version BT 4.0, all profiles are supported, which can be considered a nice feature of the device. Depending on the model number, different frequencies are supported for LTE:

  • LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 19(800), 20(800), 28(700), 38(2600), 41(2500) ) - XT1562;
  • LTE band 1(2100), 2(1900), 3(1800), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 7(2600), 8(900), 12(700), 17(700), 28 (700) - XT1563 (SS).

For Wi-Fi, there is support for 802.11 a / b / g / n, dual-band 2x2 (MIMO). The phone has NFC, but the USB version is 2.0.

Camera

The front camera has a resolution of 5 megapixels, it is quite good for its class. But the main camera is built on the Sony IMX230, a 21-megapixel (f/2.0) sensor that matches the best cameras in terms of image quality in ideal conditions and clearly outperforms almost all similarly priced models.

In absentia, I was interested in this model precisely because of the quality of the camera, I looked through a dozen reviews made by American publications, and I desired this device more than ever and no phone before. Even before I saw the phone, I had a strong impression that the camera is something and it can shoot at least as well as the flagships from Samsung.

The first disappointment was that Motorola used its proprietary camera application, which can be considered very, very bad in terms of ergonomics.

For example, by default, you cannot focus on an object by touching the screen, for this you need to turn on the corresponding mode, then the exposure compensation will appear. This is not just inconvenient, it is a crooked implementation that cannot be justified in any way.

The camera module uses 192 phase focus sensors, which in theory makes autofocus work fast and hassle-free. The key word is theory. Autofocus is slow, often fails and focuses on the wrong subjects at all. Indoors, the camera lubricates the picture, there is not enough sensitivity of the matrix. Look at two shots taken almost immediately, in one the camera grabbed the picture, and in the other it was typically blurred.

In ideal conditions, when you have even, bright sunlight and no contrast differences, the camera in the Moto X shoots on par with the best cameras from other manufacturers. But as soon as lighting conditions worsen, write wasted. For example, photographing a sunset and not getting porridge in the end is an almost impossible task.

Moto X Play Galaxy Edge+

To show the difference in image quality, I took them on this camera and on Samsung EDGE +, I think the pictures speak for themselves.

Moto X Play Galaxy Edge+

And here are some photos in different places taken with the Moto X Play camera.

The camera can also automatically read barcodes (an option appeared with an update to the camera application). But it is unlikely that many will need this opportunity.

Software features, or almost pure Android

Before us is almost pure Android, which Motorola almost did not change. Version 5.1.1, 6.0 should appear in October. It will be one of the first devices on 6.0, except for the new Nexus.

The organization of the menu is familiar, there is no point in repeating the standard description of Android.

At the same time, I want to note that there is a built-in FM radio, it works with headphones, the quality is not bad.

In terms of multimedia, I liked this device, it plays music well, and comparing it with classmates of predominantly Chinese origin, I prefer it, the sound is reproduced cleaner and better.

The Moto app shows you how to use a brush to activate the camera, how to record a voice tag to wake up your phone, and introduce you to night mode.

Individual applications have been redesigned, for example, this is a gallery or creating multimedia cuts from videos and photos that you receive automatically.

But nothing worth talking about as a new and additional quality for our well-known Android.

During the month of using the phone, I caught errors in standard applications several times, for example, Google maps crashed.

There were not many such minor problems, they arose occasionally, but in general they happened. It is also worth knowing about this, so as not to expect perfect work from the device. But I can't call it raw either. I get the feeling that some errors are related to the absence of a number of sensors (gyroscope, magnetometer, and so on) and traces of their use in Motorola software. I think that with the new firmware, the stability of the device will increase, today it is already at a good level and there are no noticeable problems, there are minor and annoying flaws that do not spoil the overall impression.

Impression

The volume of the call is excellent, it can be heard from the jacket and inside pockets. The vibrating alert is average, it is not always felt. The voice quality is good, but here you need to remember one thing - in which country and which model you are purchasing. For example, my phone was bought in Germany and it is intended for Europe. There were no problems with it in Moscow networks, but the device, which is similar in characteristics, but came from India, showed a much worse result, lost the network and behaved ugly. As far as I know, after flashing to European software, all problems disappeared.

When roaming in the UK, my phone sometimes behaved strangely, lost the 4G network, connected to it with restrictions (data transfer was disabled). During a conversation in roaming, the connection was often cut off. In the native network in Moscow, nothing like this was observed even remotely, everything worked like clockwork.

Considering that the cost of this device is 299 euros without taxes in Germany, with delivery it can be obtained in Russia for 24 thousand rubles, this is the way I purchased the device. On the Russian market, there is nothing in this class and with such characteristics that is not even close. In terms of price / quality ratio, Moto X Play bypasses most of the devices from large companies, however, it does this with manufacturers from China. This phablet is often compared to the OnePlus Two, but it has a worse camera, battery, controversial chipset, but a comparable screen, and, in theory, the invitation price is equal to that of the Moto X.

In practice, there is no memory cards, the price from resellers is at the level of 30 thousand rubles. This is in every sense an unsuccessful purchase, and the model is very controversial.

Those who are looking for a cheap and productive phablet can look at Idol 3 5.5, at a price of about 19 thousand rubles, it gives an excellent price / quality ratio. But this is a lower class product, it has a worse camera, two speakers play quieter than one in Moto X.

Motorola has turned out to be a very good workhorse. Great screen, great daylight camera that takes decent shots and beats almost every competitor in its class. And most importantly, this is a long battery life and an early Android 6 over the air. The model turned out to be interesting, and it is worth paying close attention to it. In a crisis, this is an excellent offer, a kind of golden mean, the device will definitely last for a couple of years of use. And he's just nice on the outside.

Now just a few words about how the Style/Pure version differs from the regular Play. Screen size - 5.7 inches with QHD resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset, 3 GB of RAM, 3000 mAh battery instead of 3630 mAh, stereo speakers instead of one mono. As you can see, the differences are quite serious and allow us to consider this device a different model. But the price is at least a hundred euros higher, and in some countries the difference is even greater. We will try to prepare a review of Moto X Style / Pure later.

After its brilliant line of Razr phones (which today is remembered only by gray-haired old people), the Motorola brand was recognized and loved by many. Despite the fact that the success of this line of the company has not yet been repeated, it has continued to evoke warm feelings in a certain part of the audience since then. I confess, at one time the charm of the Motorola brand bypassed me. I did not share the enthusiasm with which geeks so vigorously discuss the options for buying devices that are not sold by us and the devices themselves after the purchase. Actually, return Motorola's entry into the Ukrainian and Russian markets was an important event for me, rather in the context of professional interests than personal ones. I didn’t feel trembling in my knees about the idea that very soon I would be able to twist a completely official Moto in my hands and even write a review. Approximately with these feelings I took for review Lenovo Moto X Style (official, "white" version for Ukraine). The device, which, of course, at one time I liked at the exhibition IFA 2015 , but no more. It so happened that after two weeks of getting to know the device and the brand, Moto managed to fool me too.

It so happened that after two weeks of getting to know the device and the brand, Moto managed to fool me too.

What's this?

One of Moto's top smartphones, younger than the unbreakable flagship Moto X Force, but older than everyone else. It was introduced in the fall of 2015. With a powerful, but not top-end Snapdragon 808 processor, 3 GB of RAM, a 5.7-inch QuadHD display, which, despite the use of an IPS matrix, can display the clock and alerts on the screen off all the time, bare Android ( already version 6.0) and a bunch of smart sensors and gestures that make the process of interacting with a smartphone easier.

What will be the official Ukrainian version?

Lenovo Moto X Style officially appeared in Ukrainian stores at the end of April. In black and white. With two slots for SIM (nano) and support for microSD memory cards up to 128 GB in case the second slot is not useful. Modification - XT1572, that is, the one for the European market. If you are a frequent traveler and certain LTE frequencies are important to you, keep this in mind. The American version is called Moto X Pure Edition. It differs mainly in the supported LTE frequencies.

The Moto Maker store officially does not work in our country. So supporters of legal products and a full guarantee will have to choose from two official colors.

Now about the contents of the box of the "white" model. The Moto X Style package is truly royal: a charger with Turbo-mode support (charges the device by 34% in the first 15 minutes, up to half in almost half an hour, then things go slower), a transparent silicone bumper, a sticker on the screen.

And a paperclip, which deserves a separate photo.

There is no USB cable or headset.

What does he look like?

As first and second tier manufacturers battle each other to produce the most stylish and noble (in terms of materials) flagships, Moto stands back and giggles. Firstly, with a strong desire, you can order a smartphone with a cover and design that only your heart desires. Secondly, her smartphones are not made entirely of "gorilla" and metal, but this does not prevent them from lying perfectly in the hand and looking expensive. The design of Moto devices does not change much from generation to generation, and in articles devoted to this model, you can find many comparisons with the unsuccessful Nexus 6. In fact, placed in a more modest case, the Moto X Style is quite successful.

The 5.7-inch Moto X Style is covered with metal armor on the ends, but its back is (officially) polycarbonate. Maybe it's because Moto seems to be behind the times. Maybe it's because the models that just appeared in Ukraine are a week away, and at the time of the announcement it was still possible to somehow let slip away from the "obligation" to be glass or metal. But it seems to me that practical plastic and excellent ergonomics, and the appearance, which the designers nevertheless worked on, are the key to success. In my opinion, even with a non-metal cover, the Moto X Style is a more interesting example than the clouds of iPhone clones from China.

Speaking of materials. I liked the polycarbonate Nokia/Microsoft much more than the metal counterparts. Just because the color and texture make the device more memorable and extraordinary.

The smartphone is big and thick. The first is to blame for the screen diagonal of 5.7 inches, the second - and the battery (3000 mAh), and ergonomic bend, and simply the lack of great desire on the part of engineers to reduce the size and weight of the smartphone (here, almost 180 grams, by the way!). More than 11 millimeters of thickness is a lot by today's standards. But all these extra millimeters successfully spread in the palm of your hand and do not interfere with life. The only place where problems arise because of them is in the pockets of adjacent clothes - it looks very bold.

The front panel of the Lenovo Moto X Style is recognizable despite the lack of a logo. Firstly, the 2.5D glass makes the front panel also ergonomically correct. Secondly, if you look closely, you can see four sensors in all four corners that react to the presence of obstacles above them: as soon as you bring your hand to the sensors, the screen, which could “fall asleep” as unnecessary, starts displaying useful information.

Thirdly, two large, loud and high-quality speakers. In a direct comparison with the Galaxy S7, I found that the Moto X Style speaker is louder and no worse in quality. The bezels around the display in this model are very small - and this is one of a string of reasons why the smartphone feels good in the hand, despite its size.

With ends, everything is normal. They are metal. The buttons are of high quality, the movement is noticeable, the connectors are made soundly. Don't add, don't take away.

There is a lot of Moto design in the back panel and little show off - and in the "pit" where the logo bat hides. And in the metal strip itself, on which the logo, flash and camera are located. The camera does not stick out - it would still stick out with a case thickness of 11 millimeters.

In general, despite the fact that the smartphone is large and not completely glass or metal, you can feel the breed, the quality, and the hand of the master who worked on ergonomics.

The only thing I really miss about the Moto X Style is the fingerprint sensor. I understand that the device was announced at a time when the sensor was not So widely distributed, but if we talk about the fact that you can buy it in our country only now for a tidy sum, then you will have to look at it differently.

Is the screen decent?

The 5.7-inch Lenovo Moto X Style display has a QuadHD resolution, IPS matrix, a bunch of excellent sensors that recognize gestures, an excellent light sensor. At the time of the release of this device in September 2015, the high resolution of the display and in general the combination of screen characteristics of Lenovo Moto X Style was incredibly cool. Today it has become more common for flagships, but even though the feeling of zest has disappeared, it should be noted that the screen here is excellent.

The most important thing is that despite its high resolution, it is bright - the brightness of the backlight reaches 450 cd / m2. True, at the same time, it has a fairly light black color, so it turns out a small contrast ratio - 746: 1. Not the worst and not the best result among top devices. In terms of calibration, the display of the Moto X Style is also average among the best. The darker the image areas, the more accurate the colors on the screen. The lighter - the more "cold" the colors become. Things like the oleophobic coating and the responsiveness in the model are on point.

In the settings, you can choose a brighter or normal color display mode, play with the font size and allow the landscape orientation of the desktop - in general, the minimum settings, but exactly what can come in handy.

What gestures do you need to know?

IPS-matrix, which users usually love for natural colors, in the case of Moto X Style can hardly be called a definite plus. This is because the smartphone screen can display useful information in standby mode. The IPS-matrix in this case uses more battery resources than AMOLED could. But if we talk about the notifications themselves, then Moto implements them better than Samsung.

First, it is, of course, hours, missed calls and messages. But the possibilities of Moto are not limited to this. Any message source will be shown on the screen if it has something to say. When there are more than three alerts, an ellipsis icon appears on the display. If you want to see the details of a notification, just tap on it with your finger, and more detailed information will appear on the lock screen in black and white. By the way, the Moto X Style display is not always active. The smartphone understands when it is in your pocket. Or turns off the active display after a long period of inactivity - to see the time and missed events, just move your hand over the screen. It works perfectly, which is amazing (I remember when a similar feature was implemented in high-end Samsung smartphones a few years ago, I had to work hard to get a reaction from them).

The Moto X Style smartphone (and other models with firmware that must be at least a year old) can launch a flashlight with a double slash gesture or a camera if you twist the device in your hand. All these functions can be configured in a special menu so that they help (or do not interfere, as you prefer). In general, cool gestures that work in Moto and work crookedly in competitors' smartphones or are simply absent are one of the brand's calling cards. We'll talk more about camera gestures below.

How long does the battery hold? Is TurboPower fast charging good?

As you remember, I am not one of those who use energy-saving modes in smartphones without any urgent need. I have been using the Moto X Style for just over two weeks. Of that, the first few days are SIM-free and mostly for Google Now and camera prompts. In this mode, my smartphone lived for more than two days. At first glance, he seemed to me a long-liver.

After installing the SIM card and switching to the Moto X Style as my main smartphone, I found that one day in my normal operating conditions (few calls and SMS, a lot of Internet and instant messengers, more recently a smart watch and a wireless headset) is its maximum potential. Just under three hours of screen time is something you can get with all the Moto features and no limits. In general, Meizu Pro 5 works the same for me. The device refused to pass the autonomy test in PC Mark, but at the same time it lay with the screen on for more than 8 hours - and another 15% remained. Magic.

The smartphone supports fast charging. The only caveat is that fast TurboPower is only available with a native charger. In any case, I have a Moto X Style battery from the complete Meizu Pro 5 charger (two-ampere), oh, how slowly I replenished stocks.

What about performance?

The equipment of Lenovo Moto x Style at the time of the announcement of the device and at the time of its official appearance in our country are, as they say in Odessa, two big differences. In the fall of 2015, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, although it was not a top-end one, was a fairly reasonable solution compared to the Snapdragon 810 “heater”. The difference in numbers was small, but the difference in temperatures was felt strongly, and the advantage was on the side of the younger model. The amount of RAM is 3 GB. For a screen with such a high resolution, this is a necessary minimum. He is observed.

In early Russian-language reviews of this device, someone complained that it was slow: the interface was tossing and turning slowly, there were lags, but everything was fine with games. By the time the model officially appeared on our market and in our hands, Moto X Style had already been updated to Android 6.0. Together with the update, the device was predicted to increase the speed of work. After all, Android is almost naked here (except for purely symbolic bonuses from Moto), there is enough memory, the processor is well done. From my own experience, I will tell you this: the interface could be smoother for the money that a smartphone costs, but I did not notice anything that could cause irritation with a smartphone. The Galaxy S7 tosses and turns faster, but the hardware is different there. Compared to the Nexus 5X (there is the same processor, but less RAM and lower screen resolution), Moto, if the memory does not fail me, is a little slower. But when it comes to games, there are no questions about the device. If you are not a fan of the fastest speeds and smartphones that are right now in the top benchmarks, then you should not worry about the performance of Moto X Style. It is high enough to still afford to buy this device.

Is the camera ready to take on the competition?

There is a well-established pattern on the market that Apple, Samsung and LG smartphones perfectly capture. The rest lag behind them as far as they can. In recent years, Sony and HTC have been lagging behind the leaders (although the first lucky ones who managed to hold the HTC M10 in their hands praise the camera in this smartphone), but Huawei is catching up, sometimes surprising Lenovo, Xiaomi is trying. Surprisingly, without too much noise, the Moto smartphone received just an excellent camera. But let's start not with this, but with the interface. The camera starts when you twist the smartphone in your wrist, and knows a lot of gestures to control it. They are hard to remember right away. It's important to know that tapping anywhere on the screen takes a photo, and dragging the ring changes the focus point. Other gestures (such as zoom, etc.) are also needed, but they can be learned along the way by clicking on the question mark in the viewfinder. At first, such miracles in the camera interface did not inspire me at all. Still, the habit takes time, and if it is not enough, then you can ruin a bunch of first frames. If they fall on a trip to a beautiful place, as happened to me, it will be a shame.

From words to deeds. The first thing worth mentioning is that the Moto X Style camera shoots quickly, no matter how sunny or, on the contrary, cloudy weather. In poor lighting, there is little chance that the picture will “float” due to the fact that the hand twitched. In the dark, such as in the glow of artificial nighttime lighting, pictures often float when you try to take a photo quickly. The same flagships Samsung, Apple, LG are more likely to leave an impatient owner with a good photo on hand. Examples of photos taken in sunny weather on Moto X Style (they are also in Torba in original resolution).

In cloudy weather, photos are slightly washed out - this is typical of any smartphones. But if you compare the result of Moto X Style and Meizu PRO 6, which was with me on the same trip (so you can open its review and study sample pictures from there), it will immediately become clear how much better the camera of the first device does (they are on Torba available in original version).

In the semi-darkness of taverns and bars, the Moto X Style camera feels like a fish in water. It is quite possible to count on a beautiful photo of a pensive self with a glass or another loft with a spree of the public (in original resolution).

Sunsets and night city lights can also turn out to be nothing. But here it is already necessary to try hard so that the hand does not tremble. Flagship mobile photography would do better, but Moto does a pretty good job (at original resolution) in my opinion.

Flash shot example. In most cases, it turns out fine (in original resolution).

And all sorts of small details (in original resolution).

Yes, the smartphone also has an excellent front camera. With a flash (a rarity and curiosity so far). In general, quite decent selfies are also obtained with her, but I will not give an example, sorry.

And what are the alternatives?

Flagship smartphones on the market today are at least a dime a dozen. But there are few phablets among them. If you start from a large diagonal, then you will need to choose between Meizu Pro 5, LG G4 (there is 5.5 inches, so the difference is small), Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, Samsung Galaxy S6 edge +, Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Sony Xperia Z5 Premium (there is also a 5.5-inch display) and Huawei Nexus 6P, which is not officially sold in Ukraine, but is in the Russian Federation.

Meizu Pro 5 (review) does not have the magic of the Moto brand, but the price is 40 percent lower. Even in this device, the camera shoots noticeably worse on automatic settings, and the firmware is far from stock Android. Yes, it also has a fingerprint scanner, if that's important to you. In general, a strong competitor, definitely! By the way, this model has a slightly higher performance (oddly enough, this is a little felt in the interface, but the FullHD screen. If you decide to look beyond the horizon of virtual reality, it will be less comfortable with Meizu.

LG G4 (review) is a good competitor for everyone, only the battery lasts half a day, no matter what you do with it. Lenovo Moto X Style still has a day. In terms of hardware, smartphones are twins. Although Moto does not have a proprietary shell on top, which in the best way affects the speed of work. There is a price difference (LG G4 is cheaper). There is a chance that his camera shoots a little better at night.

Samsung Galaxy S7 edge (review) is an incredibly cool device that is head and shoulders above any model on the market: in terms of compactness, performance, camera, and other little things. The price too. And the last - in a big way.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ (review) is also an interesting top-end Samsung smartphone, released almost simultaneously with the Moto X Style. It's not as good with ergonomics as any device on the list, but it's also a pretty strong competitor. And it's also more expensive.

With Samsung Galaxy Note 5 (review) the same story as with other Samsung flagships from this list. They stand out for their camera, their performance, and their fantastic bodies - but they cost noticeably more.

The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium (review) adds a rather weak camera and lame ergonomics to the difference in price. But this smartphone has two things that others do not have - a mirror on the body and a 4K screen. Only the trouble is, the mirror will not be visible in the case (I don’t understand why, but smartphone owners cannot live without this ugly invention of mankind). And 4K is visible in a limited number of applications.

Finally, Huawei Nexus 6P was not in our review. But for some reason it seems to me that it is difficult to oppose something to this model. It has a luxurious camera, great case design, stock Android, and a reasonable price. But in Ukraine it is illegal.

In the dry matter

Lenovo Moto X Style, despite the fact that it officially entered our market for too long, did not lose its charisma along the way and only slightly lost its relevance. But this often happens with top models - you gape a little, and you are no longer a leader. The smartphone is still interesting with chic ergonomics, excellent smart sensors and a “smart” screen (primarily because it all really works here), a strong camera and a generous bundle. Its main disadvantages today are that for its money it offers not the most advanced hardware (a few will actually notice the difference) and the fact that it, unlike any other smartphone in this price category, does not have a fingerprint scanner .

4 reasons to buy Lenovo Moto X Style:

  • it's Moto and it's officially back;
  • cool ergonomics of the case, despite the size of the display;
  • excellent equipment;
  • a very smart display that shows the clock, missed events and responds to gestures, plus sensors that only Moto has.

2 reasons not to buy Lenovo Moto X Style:

  • "iron" is already a little not flagship;
  • no fingerprint sensor.

As you remember, Motorola smartphones are about to start selling in Ukraine. More precisely, the brand back to our market. The event is significant enough for fans of the brand, who will now be able to get the desired device and normal service more easily. We recently told you about the top which turned out to be very good. But, subjectively, there is a more interesting gadget in the current line of smartphones from this manufacturer. We will talk about it today - Moto X Style (which is called Pure Edition in the USA).

Equipment and first impressions

In recent years, most smartphones have reached buyers in small boxes, approximately commensurate with the size of the device itself and a small niche for accessories. But not Moto X Style. Its box would hold a tablet (its dimensions are almost the same as the box from my iPad mini). It is made from thick cardboard. There are two recesses inside: one contains the gadget itself, accompanying documentation and a paperclip for removing the SIM card tray; the second contains a complete plastic bumper and a Turbo Charger charger. As with the Droid Turbo 2 kit, the charging cable is non-removable and you need to be careful with it (a new charger will cost $35). There is no separate cable for connecting to a computer, as well as any headset.

The smartphone itself makes a very good impression from the first minutes. The WOW effect lasts long enough. A model with a black leather back and a maximum storage capacity came to me for testing. If the choice of the amount of memory for each is individual, then with case materials everything is much more interesting. I looked at options with a leather back cover with great apprehension, but in practice this option turned out to be much nicer than I could have imagined. Unfortunately, it is not yet clear whether we will have such smartphone design options, but it is known for sure that Moto Maker (the ability to choose body materials and color schemes) can not be expected for the time being, only ready-made solutions will be available in stores.

Design and usability

Previous smartphones in the Moto X line were smaller - 4.7 and 5.2 inches. The X Style received a 5.7-inch display and this accordingly affected the size of the case - 153.9 x 76.2 x 11.06 mm (6.1 at its thinnest point), and it weighs 179 grams. It's about like , only thicker. Due to the narrowing of the case towards the sides, this thickness is not felt and the device looks thinner than it really is. Also, this narrowing had a positive effect on ease of use, because such a large case still fits very well in the hand and is easily taken from the table. True, only those who have a large palm can comfortably use the gadget with one hand.

In addition to a pleasant shape, the skin on the rear panel gives tenacity to the case. There are also two versions - plastic and wood. Subjectively, it is worth paying attention to the skin. Firstly, it is quite wear-resistant and its texture will help hide minor damage. Secondly, it is not so slippery. But the minus of the skin is the characteristic smell, which not everyone likes. Regardless of the choice of back material, the outline of the smartphone will be aluminum. The color of the frame will depend on the color of the front panel, which looks better in black (there are a lot of sensors on the front that spoil the look of the white front panel).

Placement of controls and connectors was no surprises. On the right side are the power and volume buttons, the left side is empty. At the bottom is a microUSB port. Top in the center is the headphone jack, and next to it is a tray for a SIM card and a memory card. On the back side of the camera window (recessed into the body to protect the lens from scratches), additional microphones and dual flash. The front panel is completely covered with glass with a 2.5D effect, but there is a plastic insert between the glass and the metal frame. Above and below the display are stereo speakers that protrude slightly above the glass. This is great, because in this way the display will not come into contact with the surface of the table or bedside table when the user puts the smartphone with the display down. The speaker slots will collect dust that cannot simply be blown off, cleaning will require additional tools (a hard brush, for example). There is also a standard set of sensors on the front panel, supplemented by IR sensors (for the Moto Display function) and a front wide-angle camera with flash.

All listed elements are well located and the user will not have any problems. Assembled gadget is also excellent. Appearance resembles brought to mind . Subjectively, X Style is one of the most beautiful smartphones at the moment. What he lacked was a smaller copy. The large size of the case will not suit everyone, especially since not every user needs a 5.7-inch display. Therefore, I really hope that in the future the Motorola line will receive a “small” X Style.

Now for the obvious downside. As with any phablet, the size has played a rather cruel joke with the X Style - it cannot be dropped. Let it not be all glass, let it be well assembled, let it have a wooden or any other cover - the likelihood that the display will survive the fall is extremely small. The aluminum frame will warp and scratch, and the glass will break. This should be taken into account when buying, because the parts will not be cheap. You can, of course, order a protective case (or, at least, use the complete bumper) and secure yourself with additional glass, but good design will suffer from this, and using the device will be less comfortable due to the increase in size.

Otherwise, there are no complaints about the smartphone. This is a convenient and beautiful phablet, which practically does not lag behind competitive flagships.

Display

Previous Moto X used AMOLED matrices. In the current device, engineers turned to IPS technology, while retaining all Moto-chips. Users of past generations did not really like this step, because they were used to a different picture. And speaking of power consumption, it is worth noting that AMOLED would help save some battery power.

In practice, this is one of the best displays among current flagship smartphones. Definitely better than the more expensive Droid Turbo 2. A resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels (515 ppi) in combination with such a matrix looks very cool. There can be no question that the user will notice a "ladder" or a separate point. Viewing angles are maximum, when you rotate the display, the picture practically does not change. The backlight is sufficient for working in direct sunlight, and its minimum value is comfortable for night darkness. The colors on the display are pleasant, soft, as it should be for a good IPS-matrix. Factory calibration did not cause me any complaints. Two display modes are available in the settings: "Normal" and "Bright". The latter makes the colors a little more saturated, but the difference is not very significant.

The display is covered with Gorilla Glass 3. Naturally, there is no air gap. The oleophobic coating is very good. Using such a display leaves an excellent impression. In direct comparison with rivals, he may be minimally inferior in something. Although I enjoyed using the device during testing and no matter what I did, the display did not cause me any negative feelings. And for a phablet, this is very important, because when buying a device with a large screen, it is important for the user to get a good picture. With Moto X Style, he will get it.

Sound

Dynamics deserve special attention. Alas, we do not have the opportunity to make a direct comparison with the flagship from HTC. In any case, the sound in Moto X Style will easily outplay the lion's share of the speakers among all smartphones. The music plays clean and loud. Low, mid and high frequencies are reproduced very well (remember, we are talking about the speakers of a handheld device). As in the case of the picture, there is a lot of sound and it is very pleasing. Games, movies, simple video on the Web, music and speakerphone - the quality of these speakers is suitable for any use case for such a gadget. If sound plays an important role for you when choosing a new smartphone, I highly recommend paying attention to X Style, it is unlikely to disappoint you.

Conversational speaker, respectively, also did not disappoint. The signal goes to the headphones approximately the same as most other flagships. In my usual headphones, I almost did not feel the difference in playing my favorite songs or the lack of volume.

cameras

The Moto X Style uses the same cameras we saw in (module manufactured by Sony). It is 21 MP at the back and 5 MP at the front. f/2.0 aperture, 4K and Slo-mo 720p video recording, HDR, camera quick launch and so on. In order not to repeat myself too much, I'll just say that this is a good camera. It has improved a lot compared to previous generations of Moto X, but in comparison with competitors it is rather weak. The user will not always get the desired result immediately, and in poor lighting you will have to put up with noise and other artifacts. At the same time, if the most sophisticated camera is not your primary criterion when choosing a smartphone, the capabilities of this module will be enough for you.

A few examples of photos for clarity:

Hardware platform and software

While Droid Turbo 2 got Snapdragon 810, Moto X Style got Snapdragon 808 (MSM8992) processor with Adreno 418 GPU, 3 GB RAM and three storage options (16/32/64 GB) expandable with microSD memory cards (up to 128 GB). The test results are as expected. But the main thing is that in practice there are no problems. In everyday life, such iron is enough for any activity. Games run quickly, without visible drops in FPS to uncomfortable values. There were no surprises with heating: the smartphone heats up when navigation is on and during “heavy” games. In all other cases, if the case gets warm, it will not be very noticeable. In general, the user will not encounter a lack of performance and overheating in the foreseeable future.

Immediately upon first turning on the system informed me about the availability of updates. "Boxed" Android 5.1.1 quickly (within half an hour) grew to 6.0. Motorola does not have its own shell, the company is for a "clean" user experience. The only thing I personally wanted to correct was the size of the icons on the desktop and their number. For such a large display, the standard values are a bit high. I solved it with launcher Apex.

With the work of the software, I did not notice any special problems. It is extremely rare to find a slight twitch when scrolling quickly, but this is hardly a big problem for someone. The speed of launching applications, switching between tasks, the reaction to something - everything works as you want and I would not demand anything more from a smartphone. Although the results in the tests are not the highest, in practice everything works quite smoothly and predictably.

A mandatory set of wireless interfaces is present and works as it should. In addition, there are IR sensors on the front panel that activate the Active Display. What is slightly missing is QI charging. Otherwise, everything is in place.

autonomy

Up to this point, everything had been quite smooth. And the biggest problem with the Moto X Style is battery life. The built-in 3000 mAh battery in my case survives 4-4.5 hours of active screen. Of course, I would like more. Such indicators of autonomy oblige either to keep chargers everywhere, or to take a portable charger with you if the day promises to be long and active.

Cons: autonomy

Conclusion: The company has definitely done a great job with this generation of Moto X. Well, except for battery life. The cost of the device is $450 (the price of the base model in Ukraine). If you have friends, for example, in the States and it’s not a problem for you to buy something overseas, then you will definitely wait for a pleasant promotion either on Amazon or in a store on the manufacturer’s official website. Of course, if you are a Motorola fan. Otherwise, for almost the same amount, you can buy the more popular Samsung Galaxy S6, which has a slightly better camera and battery life (the design issue is very subjective). For everyone else who wants to buy a working flagship, but does not want to pay more than $500, you should definitely get to know the Moto X Style better. After all, it could be your next phablet.

C Moto X Style another smartphone of the series appears in our laboratory moto x. A standard 5.7-inch smartphone costs about 35 thousand rubles and, thanks to its extended display, belongs to the category of phablets, i.e. mixture of smartphone and tablet.

Due to its size and the use of metal in the case, with its 178 grams of weight Moto X Style is a bit heavy in the hand. Unlike previous models, Motorola is more does not use OLED displays, but works with IPS LCD panels.

In the measurement lab, the screen achieved excellent values and delivered maximum brightness. about 578.4 CD/m2. With a resolution of 2560x1440, Moto X Style also has an extraordinary pixel density - 518 ppi.

inner life

More power than the slightly cheaper Moto X Play is taken care of by Qualcomm Snapdragon 808: work, play and surf the web on Moto X Style smoothly and reliably.

The more powerful processor and larger display, however, had an impact on battery life as well. While the Moto X Play keeps a good 11 hours of talk time, the Style delivers only 9 hours. Small consolation: Snapdragon supports Quick Charge technology, a matching charging cable is provided by Motorola with the Moto X Style. Thus, the battery is fully charged in a good hour and a half.

For data transfer, Motorola integrates all major standards, such as LTE Cat6, Wi-Fi (a, b, g, n, ac) and Bluetooth 4.1. In the category " phone and sound» the apparatus is average figure: When calling from a mobile phone, you can hear disturbing noise, but if you call from a landline, there is no interference.

Accessory set

Along with the Quick Charge cable, the Moto X Style also comes with a rubber protective cover, but the headset, on the contrary, is missing. Our copy is a version with 32 GB of internal memory, so it has a design with a black border. The amount of RAM is 3 GB.

On the other side - soft grip surface, which promises the best grip. In addition to the standard version, Motorola is offering style-conscious customers the opportunity to customize their phone with MotoMaker Service.

For an additional fee of 1400 rubles, you can do wood back cover or skin. Even more individualized Moto X Style will be with personal engraving. Even technically, a smartphone can be re-equipped: who wants to memory more than 32 GB, can double it for a surcharge of 3100 rubles.

Very good photos, 4K video

On the back of the Moto X Style is 21 megapixel camera. In a test, this gave snapshots no annoying distortion. In addition, it creates videos in 4K resolution.

I liked the control in the camera app less: the interface is very simple, the round settings slider is too sensitive to movement and disappears within a few seconds.

For selfies, the manufacturer has integrated on the front side 5 megapixel camera. She is equipped aperture F2.0 and offers night mode in low light conditions.

Runs on pure Android 5.0

Also, in the Moto X Style interface, Motorola has remained true to itself and offers almost unchanged shell provided by Google. Only internal Migrate, Moto and Connect are in the applications.

Since Motorola does not install any bulky software on the Moto X Style, 20.49 GB of internal memory is available to the user right out of the box, which can be expanded using a microSD card.

So far, this 5.7-inch smartphone runs on Android 5.1, but an update to Marshmallow should be out in the coming weeks.

What are your alternatives?

Finding a powerful $35,000 phablet isn't easy, but anyone who's satisfied with a slightly smaller smartphone should take a closer look at the somewhat more budget-friendly Moto X Play.

Already for 25 thousand rubles it will be possible to purchase a smartphone that is only 0.2 inches smaller, but despite the more modest processor (Snapdragon 615), it works smoothly and quickly.

In addition to a very good display, the Moto X Play has a long battery life, a high-resolution camera and a clean Android system. In addition, it impresses with the best sound for phone calls - Moto X Style still has to compete with strong line noise.

A photo: manufacturing company

The American brand Motorola is known to everyone, and for those who remember the 90s, it is completely perceived as a cult. In general, it is a cult one - Motorola stood at the origins of cellular communications, including in Russia, and it was her phones that the new Russians in crimson jackets used. In 2016, the Motorola brand returned to Russia with four smartphones, three of which we will review today.

Still the same Motorola

But first, let's remember a few more Motorola facts to understand what we are dealing with. Motorola phones began to be sold in Russia in 1993. In 2011, the company left the Russian market, and in 2012 it was bought by Google and sold to the Chinese Lenovo two years later.

The new owner did not kill the legendary brand, deciding to bring mid-price and premium smartphones to the Moto line. At the same time, all the chips of Motorola smartphones are preserved - a unique design and no less unique features. It is important to understand that the Motorola people themselves have not disappeared. Like many years ago, they continue to work on Moto smartphones, albeit under the wing of a Chinese company. This is partly why experts put Moto and iPhone smartphones on the same level.

All Lenovo Moto smartphones have:

At least a water-repellent coating of the case, which will protect the smartphone from splashes or light rain;
At least protective glass Corning Gorilla Glass 3, which is not scratched;
"Clean" operating system Android 5.1.1 Lollipop without any add-ons;
Cool design.

So, let's look at three smartphones - Moto X Play, Moto X Style and Moto X Force - and see what they are good for, except for the logo with the letter "M" (some see it as bat wings).

Moto X Play: benchmark battery life

The Moto X Play smartphone represents the average price category of devices, although the price tag in rubles tries to assure us that this is almost a flagship. No, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 mid-range chipset introduced back in early 2014. The amount of RAM is 2 GB, built-in - 16 GB, you can use a microSD card. There is an ordinary mid-range smartphone.

However, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 made it possible to equip the device with a large 5.5-inch IPS Full HD screen and a 21 MP camera with phase detection autofocus. Not bad, right? At the same time, the smartphone supports work with two SIM cards, LTE networks and is equipped with an NFC chip.

But what is the most important thing in Moto X Play? It's his 3630 mAh battery, thanks to which he can work for two days in mixed mode! In addition, the Moto X Play features TurboCharger fast charging technology. It allows you to fully charge your smartphone in just over an hour, and just a 15-minute charge will feed Moto X Play for as much as 8 hours of battery life! True, to use TurboCharger, you will have to buy a special charger.

The Moto X Play is a beautiful smartphone with a large Full HD screen and solid battery life. Yes, this is not a flagship, but its processor resources will be enough for you for several years.

Moto X Style: almost a flagship

We can say that this is almost a real flagship. On the one hand, Moto X Style is built on the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor as the flagship LG G4. On the other hand, the 808 is still not a top-end Qualcomm processor. Is it scary? No. Talking about the difference in performance between the Snapdragon 808 and 810 is like comparing the speed characteristics of Suzuki Hayabusa and Honda Blackbird motorcycles. They both accelerate to at least 300 km/h, but where will you drive at such speeds? Meanwhile, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 doesn't get as hot as the 810.

The amount of RAM is 3 GB, built-in 16 GB. You can install a microSD card up to 128 GB. Nothing special in this regard.

The Moto X Style has a huge 5.7-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440) screen, so it's basically a phablet. Previously, Quad HD resolution was considered excessive, but now, when the virtual reality boom has come, this is almost the minimum necessary to comfortably and joyfully use VR glasses for a smartphone and watch stereoscopic videos on YouTube.

The rear 21-megapixel camera of the Moto X Style and the 5-megapixel front camera are the same as those of the Moto X Play. However, the front has a flash that will help you take excellent selfies.

Like the Moto X Play, the Style model supports dual SIM, LTE networks, has an NFC chip and fast charging function, but the battery capacity is smaller - 3000 mAh, which means less battery life.

Let not the main, but still a nice feature of Moto X Style is the front stereo speakers. The sound is really loud and clear.

Moto X Force: a heavy-duty flagship

Moto's most advanced smartphone and the world's first shatterproof smartphone. Yes, unbreakable, but still, if desired, killed, like other objects of the material world. It can be crushed and scratched.

The secret of the Moto X Force screen is in the Moto ShatterShield technology. It is a sandwich on an aluminum substrate of several layers. In addition, polycarbonate is used instead of glass, and the sensor layer is duplicated. As for the image, here is a pOLED matrix from Samsung with QHD resolution, and this is almost the best on the market.

The rear panel of the Moto X Force isn't that simple either. It is made of ballistic nylon, the material used to make bulletproof vests. Have you heard stories about how smartphones stopped bullets, saving their owners, but at the same time lost their own lives? So, Moto X Force, in theory, should not only save the owner, but also survive himself. No tests have been done yet, but one of the vloggers should definitely shoot the Moto X Force and see what happens. Joke.

Note that the Moto X Force is generally very sturdy. The aluminum plate here is not only at the base of the screen, but also at the base of the body, it prevents the smartphone from deforming when it falls. In general, you can safely crack Moto X Force nuts, but you should not try to return it to the store after that - microtraces will still remain, and experts will see them.

In terms of performance, the Moto X Force is a typical 2015 flagship. The hardware base uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, which we already know from HTC One M9 and Sony Xperia Z5. The amount of RAM is 3 GB, built-in 32 GB, you can install a microSD card up to 2 TB. Thanks to this configuration, Moto X Force can shoot 4K video. But in general, the camera here is the same as that of the Moto X Style and Moto X Play, and it does not have any special features. It's strange, but the front camera is also ordinary - 5-megapixel.

And most importantly, what about the Moto X Force with battery life? Everything is fine! A 3760 mAh battery, an energy-efficient matrix and TurboPower fast charging function allow the smartphone to work for two days away from the outlet and charge up to 100% in just an hour and a half.

Moto X Force is the flagship for those who love flagships. It does not have the typical flagship features like a fingerprint scanner or a cool camera with large pixels and laser autofocus, but it does have an innovative design and a very, well, very expensive display.

The comeback of the Motorola brand, or rather Moto, to the Russian market was a success. He was expected. Waiting for interesting smartphones. And interesting smartphones appeared! The long-running Moto X Play, the Moto X Style phablet, and the world's first smartphone with a shatterproof screen, the Moto X Force. Come to KNOW-HOW and take a look!
