Plan-summary of the lesson: "Throwing a stuffed ball." Using diagnostic tests Throwing a 2 kg medicine ball

  • 1. Throwing a small ball at the target (target shield) from the front rack and I.p. left foot forward.
  • 2. Throwing a small ball from a distance of 6 m into the shield at a rebound distance.
  • 3. Throwing a small ball into a certain area.
  • 4. Throwing a small ball for a distance from various (previously studied) starting positions.
  • 5. In pairs. Imitation of the beginning of the final effort. Thrower is in I.i. for throwing from a place, standing sideways in the direction of throwing, the arm is laid back and straightened. The partner, standing from the side-behind, holds the thrower by the wrist with his right hand, with his left, resting against the shoulder blade, pushes him forward. The movement begins with the turn of the right leg with the heel outward, followed by its extension, the advancement of the pelvis forward of the fawn leg and the advancement of the chest forward-up. At the same time, the arm is bent at the elbow joint. The partner, holding the hand, helps to bend the arm in the right direction in the elbow joint, makes it possible to feel the work of the muscles in this position.
  • 6. Throwing a small ball while standing sideways in the direction of throwing. Before performing the throw, imitate the beginning of the final effort 1-2 times and after returning to I.p. perform a throw.
  • 7. Throwing a small ball from a standing position sideways in the direction of throwing into a corridor 10 m wide.
  • 8. Imitation of the setting of the left foot and the capture of the projectile when performing a throwing step.
  • 9. Throwing a small ball from one step. The exercise is performed in pairs. Partners are at a distance from each other to catch the ball after it bounces off the ground.
  • 10. Throwing a small ball from one step at a distance into a corridor 10 m wide. It is carried out in the form of a competition, with the announcement of the results, giving each student three attempts.

In order to successfully master the throwing technique, it is necessary to develop physical qualities in schoolchildren, first of all, flexibility and speed-strength. All physical education teachers know that one of the important conditions for mastering the correct throwing technique is good mobility in the shoulder and elbow joints and the thoracic spine. The following are useful for this purpose. exercises.

Complex I

  • 1. I.p. - o.s. On account 1 - step left, hands through the sides up and back, bend over; 2 - I.p.; 3-4 - the same with a step of another yoga. Repeat the task 6-8 times.
  • 2. I.p. - o.s. At the expense of 1 - tilt back; 2 - Ile; 3 - tilt forward, touch the floor with your fingers; 4 - Ile Repeat the task 10-12 times.
  • 3. I.p. - stand legs apart, in arms extended forward, gymnastic stick. Twists by moving straight arms back and forth with a gymnastic stick. Repeat the task 8-10 times.

Complex II.

  • 1. I.p. - sitting on the heels, in the hands of a stuffed ball. Throwing the ball from behind the head with both hands forward and upward, pulling the arms back as much as possible. Repeat the task 8-10 times.
  • 2. I.p. - sitting on the heels, hands on the belt. On account 1 - turn the body to the right; 2 - I.p.; 3-4 - the same in the other direction. Repeat the task 8-10 times.
  • 3. I.p. - sit legs apart. On account 1 - tilt to the right with a turn of the torso and touching the toe of the foot with the opposite hand; 2 - I.p.; 3-4 - the same in the other direction. Repeat the task 6-8 times.

Complex III.

  • 1. I.p. - standing with your back to the gymnastic wall, gripping the rail with your hands. At the expense of 1 - step left forward, straighten your arms; 2 - I.p.; 3-4 - the same with the other leg. Repeat the task 6-8 times.
  • 2. I.p. - standing facing the gymnastic wall, grasping the rail with your hands at shoulder level. Springy forward bends. Repeat the task 10-15 times.
  • 3. I.p. - standing with your back to the gymnastic wall, left leg in front, grip with the right hand on the rail at shoulder level. Exit to the "stretched bow" position. Repeat the task 10-12 times.

Complex IV.

  • 1. I.p. - lying on your stomach, hands up. Bending the body, raising the legs and head. Repeat the task 10-12 times.
  • 2. I.p. - lying on your back. At the expense of 1-2 - raise your legs, touch the floor with them behind your head; 3-4 - I.p. Repeat the task 4-6 times.
  • 3. "Bridge". Repeat the task 5-6 times.

The above complexes of exercises for the development of motor qualities must be included not only in the lessons where throwing is learned, but also in classes on other sections of the curriculum.

In the process of athletics lessons, it is necessary to develop in students and speed-strength qualities. For this, the following simple complexes should be included in the classes exercises.

Complex I

  • 1. I.p. - o.s. Alternate and quick squats on the right and left legs. Repeat the task in 2-3 series of 5-10 times.
  • 2. I.i. - low squat, hands on hips. Jumping out of a low squat. Repeat the task in 2-3 series of 6-8 times.
  • 3. I.p. - crouching emphasis. At the expense of 1 - emphasis lying; 2 - I.p. Repeat the task in 2-3 series of 6-8 times.
  • 4. I.p. - emphasis lying. Flexion and extension of the arms in the lying position. Repeat the task in 2-3 series of 8-10 times.

Complex II.

  • 1. I.p. - leg stance apart, feet parallel. Jumping from foot to foot. Execute quickly. Repeat the task in 2-3 series of 10-12 times.

Complex IV.

  • 1. I.p. - resting his palms on the wall. Push off from the wall with a clap of hands. Repeat the task in 2-3 series of 8-10 times.
  • 2. I.p. - squat. Jumping on two legs in a squat position. Execute quickly. Repeat the task in 2-3 series of 8-10 times.
  • 3. I.p. - emphasis lying on the back of the forearms, gripping the edges of the gymnastic bench. Extension and flexion of the arms. Repeat the task 10-12 times.

Great benefit in teaching schoolchildren throwing with their purposeful use is brought by stuffed ball exercises. In all exercises with stuffed balls, it is very important to achieve consistent engagement of the muscles of the legs, torso and throwing arm (arms). The teacher should constantly monitor the release of the ball but the correct trajectory. It is important to ensure that those involved maintain a stable position after the release of the projectile. As an example, we give two sets of exercises with stuffed balls, the weight of which is selected taking into account the age of those involved. If desired, each teacher of physical culture can significantly expand these complexes, complicating the exercises and creating additional conditions for their implementation.

Complex I

  • 1. I.p. - stand legs apart. In the hands of a stuffed ball. Throwing a stuffed ball with two hands from the bottom forward-up after a preliminary swing. Repeat the task 8-10 times.
  • 2. I.p. - too. Throwing a stuffed ball with both hands from the chest forward-up with preliminary squatting. Repeat the task 6-8 times.
  • 3. I.p. - too. Throwing a stuffed ball with both hands from behind the head forward and upward. Repeat the task 6-8 times.

4. I.p. - go, left (right) leg in front. Throwing a stuffed ball with both hands from behind the head forward and upward. Repeat the task 8-10 times.

  • 5. I.p. - too. Throwing a stuffed ball with two hands from the bottom back up over the head after a preliminary swing. Repeat the task 8-10 times. Complex II.
  • 1. I.p. - sitting on the floor, in the hands of a stuffed ball. Throwing the ball with both hands from behind the head forward and upward. Repeat the task 10-12 times.
  • 2. I.p. - too. Throwing a stuffed ball with one hand from behind the head forward-up. Repeat the task 5-6 times with each hand.
  • 3. I.p. - too. Throwing a stuffed ball with both hands from the chest forward and upward. Repeat the task 8-10 times.
  • 4. I.p. - wide stance, stuffed ball in hands above head. Throwing the ball on the floor in front of you. Execute quickly. Repeat the task 10-15 times.
  • 5. I.p. - o.s. Throwing a stuffed ball with both hands from behind the head forward and upward with a step with the left foot; further - with two, three, four steps (Fig. 3.18). Repeat the task 8-10 times.

Rice. 3.18.

Such exercises are included not only in physical education lessons. It is not recommended to give homework related to the acquisition and consolidation of skills and abilities in various throwing to elementary school students, since it is impossible to organize their safe implementation and control at home.

At the same time, the simplest general developmental exercises for mobility in the joints (especially in the shoulder and elbow joints) and for the development of speed-strength qualities are recommended for homework assignments for 3rd-4th grade students. Good results for consolidating throwing skills and developing motor qualities are obtained by using rubber band exercises.

Complex I

  • 1. I.p. - feet shoulder-width apart, hands with a rubber band at the top. Bringing straight arms back behind the back and back. Repeat the task 8-10 times.
  • 2. I.p. - feet shoulder-width apart, arms at the sides with a rubber band stretched behind the back. At the expense of 1 - bend your arms; 2 - I.p. Repeat the task 8-10 times.
  • 3. I.p. - a narrow stance, the left foot is in front, in the right, laid back hand there is a tape, the opposite end of which is fixed to the door handle. Imitation of the final effort when throwing. Repeat the task 6-8 times.

Complex II.

  • 1. I.p. - standing with your back to the place of fixing the rubber band, the ends of which are in the hands, divorced to the sides. Bringing straight arms forward. Repeat the task 10-12 times.
  • 2. I.p. - standing facing the place where the rubber band is fixed, both ends of which are in the hands. Tilts forward, rotation in a circle with straight arms of a stretched tape. Repeat the task 3-4 series of 4 circles forward, then back.
  • 3. I.n. - narrow stance, left leg in front, right hand with a tape attached to the other end of the door handle, laid back. Imitation of the final effort when throwing. Repeat the task 10-12 times.

In the lessons in grades 3-4, a large place continues to be occupied by outdoor games. The games offered for studying the technique of throwing the ball contain all the main types of throwing: for distance and accuracy at a fixed horizontal and vertical target. The use of small and large (light) balls strengthens the joints and muscles of the hands, develops the eye, and improves coordination of movements. Consolidation of the technique of movements in games should be carried out only after its detailed learning. Technically correct execution of throws should be the main condition of the game.

The most common throwing games for 3rd grade students are “Ball School”, “Hunters and Ducks”, “Precise Calculation”, “Hit the Ball”, “Absolutely on Target”, “Stand (Stander)”, “Snipers” ; for students

4th class - "Dimble and well-aimed", "Lapta", "Round fire", etc.

When testing, it is important to consider:

    individual abilities of the child;

features of the tests, which should reveal even the most insignificant deviations in the motor development of the child.

Before performing control motor tasks, a small warm-up should be carried out (calm walking, turning into running, continuous running for 1.5 minutes, breathing exercises).

Tests are best done in a playful way so that children enjoy the activities, so that they can experience the “muscle joy” of physical activity.

It should be noted that older preschoolers are very interested in performing the above tests. Observations have shown that the majority (60%) constantly strive to compare their results with those of their peers. Some children (30%) even think about how to improve their performance, try to repeat the same task repeatedly, turn to the teacher for help and strive to achieve good results. And only a small part of children (10%) remain passive and inert.

Physical fitness diagnostics should be carried out at least twice during the academic year (September - May).

Children who completed all tests, with results within the age norms, can be attributed to the average level of physical fitness; above indicative indicators (more than three indicators) - to a high level of physical fitness. If out of seven tests, the child has three or more indicators below the norm, then he has a low level of physical fitness.

Diagnostics of psychophysical qualities

Tests to determine the speed - power qualities.

Throwing a stuffed ball. (1 kg.) with both hands from behind the head from the starting position.

The test is carried out on a flat area with a length of at least 10 m. The child stands at the control marking line and throws the ball from behind his head with both hands forward from the initial standing position, one leg in front, the other behind or legs apart. When throwing, the feet must remain in contact with the ground. Movement is allowed following the throw. 3 attempts are made. The best result counts.

Standing long jump

Examination of long jumps from a place can be carried out on the site of the kindergarten in the warm season, and indoors in the cold season. The jump is performed into a sand-filled jumping pit or onto loosened ground (1x2 meters in area). Under adverse weather conditions, jumping can be carried out in the gym, for this a gym track can be used.

The child is offered, pushing off with both legs, with an intensive wave of the arms, from the marked line of repulsion to the maximum distance for him and landing on both legs. When landing, do not lean behind your hands. The distance between the repulsion line and the footprint (along the heels) is measured upon landing (in cm). 3 attempts are made. The best attempt counts.

The test is intended for children from 3 to 7 years old.

Throwing a soft ball for a distance

The examination of the throwing range is carried out on an asphalt track or a sports ground. The throwing corridor must be at least 3 meters wide and 15-20 meters long. The track is pre-marked with chalk with transverse lines every meter and the distance is numbered with numbers. The repulsion line 40 cm wide is shaded with chalk. On command, the child approaches the repulsion line, from I.p. while standing, he throws the ball (200 gr.), with one hand from behind the head, one leg is placed in front of the other at a step distance. When throwing, you can not change the position of the feet. The best result of three attempts is counted.

The test is intended for children from 3 to 7 years old.

Explanatory note

One of the main directions of the education policy in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is the improvement and strengthening of the health of children.

The basis of the physical development and rehabilitation of children in preschool educational institutions is educational and additional classes in physical culture. To fulfill the tasks of improving health and attracting preschool children to regular physical exercises, the sports complex "Kencheeri" has been developed.

Work on the physical culture complex of standards in preschool educational institutions is carried out during classes, and the adoption of test standards is organized during additional classes (competitions).

To monitor the dynamics of the results shown in the control and test sessions, the journal “Accounting and passing the standards of the Kencheeri physical culture complex” is filled out, and for children - an individual card of the child’s physical fitness. This is necessary for the physical education instructor, parents and children to monitor and predict the physical fitness of children, identify shortcomings in the planning of educational work, as well as to keep an accurate record of children passing physical culture standards "Kencheeri".

Responsibility for the organization of work on the physical culture complex of standards rests with the head (director) of the preschool educational institution, and the implementation - with the physical education instructor and medical worker.

  1. Goal and tasks

The purpose of the sports complex of standards "Kencheeri":

  • strengthening the health of preschool children, creating conditions and promoting the disclosure of the physical abilities of children.

Main goals:

  1. Protection and strengthening of the health of preschool children, control over the level of physical fitness of the child.
  2. Identification of the real level of development of the child and the degree of its compliance with age norms.
  3. Assistance in the education of moral and volitional qualities, instilling the need for physical and moral improvement of preschool children.
  4. Instilling interest in the elements of various sports, including national ones.
  5. Establishment of norms of requirements and conditions for their implementation.
  1. Content

The sports complex of standards "Kencheeri" for the preschool educational institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) consists of one stage - children 6-7 years old. At this stage, the level of physical fitness of the child is revealed when graduating from a preschool educational institution.

To complete the tasks it is necessary:

  1. Achieve accurate, energetic, expressive performance of all exercises, purposefully develop dexterity of movements, consolidate the rules and motor skills in sports games and exercises.
  2. To consolidate the ability to analyze movements (self-control, self-esteem, control and evaluation of the movements of other children).
  3. Cultivate the habit of constantly taking care of your health and physical development.
  4. Comply with established standards.
    1. Types of exercises
  1. 30m run
  2. Running 500 meters and above.
  3. Shuttle run 3×10 m.
  4. Standing long jump.
  5. High jump with a running start.
  6. Throwing a bag of sand with the right and left hand (200 gr.).
  7. Throwing a stuffed ball (1 kg).
  8. Flexion and extension of the arms (boys).

Lifting the torso from a supine position (girls) - without taking into account the time.

  1. Flexibility test (leaning forward from the initial standing position).
  2. Swimming (up to 10 m).
  3. Skiing (500 m and above).

2.2. Compliance Conditions

  1. Running 30 meters.

The running distance is placed on the sports ground or on any other hard surface area. Start high.

  1. Running 500 meters.

Running is carried out on a sports ground or on flat paths of a park and square. The condition for fulfilling the norms for a certain distance without taking into account time is the continuity of running. Stopping and walking during the implementation of the standards is not allowed.

  1. Shuttle run 3x10 meters.

Shuttle running is carried out on open or closed areas with a hard surface. A 10 m long segment is measured with transverse lines for start and finish. On the start line, 2 cubes with a size of at least 7x7 cm are placed. The passer takes the position of a high start and picks up one cube. At the “March” command, the stopwatch starts, the dealer runs with the cube to the other end of the segment, puts it down, returns for the next cube, and also transfers it to the other end of the 10-meter segment. At the moment when the second cube touches the floor, the stopwatch stops.

  1. Standing long jump.

Before jumping, a mat or thick rug is spread on the floor. A centimeter tape is attached along its length (with adhesive tape) and the repulsion line is marked (with chalk). From the starting position - semi-squat, arms down back (start of the "swimmer"), toes on the start line. With a swing of the arms forward and upward, a jump is performed with a landing on both legs. The result is marked on the heel behind the standing leg. The best of three attempts counts. The measurement is made with an accuracy of one centimeter.

  1. Long jump with a running start.

After a preliminary warm-up, the child is offered 2-3 attempts to overcome the height (initial height 30 cm). After this height is overcome, the bar should be raised by 5 cm. If the child fails at a new height, the result of the previous attempt is counted.

  1. Throwing a bag of sand, weight 200 gr.

Throwing is performed with the right and left hand alternately into the distance (on the site or in the gym), the throw is measured with a centimeter tape from the start line to the landing site of the bag.

  1. Throwing a stuffed ball (behind the head), weight 1 kg.

The throw is performed from a sitting position, legs to the sides on the start line, the ball behind the head. The throw is measured from the starting line to the landing line of the ball. The test is carried out in the gym.

  1. a) Flexion and extension of the arms in the lying position - boys.

In a horizontal position, the body rests on the palms and on the toes of the feet. When bending the arms at the elbows, the child lowers the body down without touching the floor, keeping the body straight (without bending, without bending).

  1. b) Raising and lowering the body - girls.

Starting position - lying on your back, legs bent at the knee joints at an angle of 90 °, hands behind the head, fingers clasped in the lock, feet fixed (toes under the bar of the gymnastic bench or held by a partner). On the command "March", bend vigorously until your elbows touch your knees. Return to the starting position until the shoulder blades touch the mat. The extension and flexion of the body is performed without pauses for rest.

  1. Flexibility test.

Flexibility is assessed using an exercise - bending forward, standing on the floor, legs together. The test is carried out individually (three attempts for each child). If the child does not reach the floor with his fingertips, then the result is assessed as low. Fist - medium, palms - high level. When performing the exercise, the legs at the knees should not bend.

  1. Swimming.

Compliance with swimming standards is carried out in pools or open water bodies (rivers, lakes, ponds) in specially adapted for this purpose, in compliance with safety measures. Teaching non-swimmers begins with the simplest preparatory exercises. They are performed in order to get used to the water, to learn how to perform the simplest movements in it, to learn to look in the water, to work out the correct breathing.

Prevention of accidents and injuries. In swimming lessons, each student must strictly observe the following rules:

  • Come to class only with the permission of a doctor;
  • Observe the internal rules of the pool;
  • Come to class healthy
  • Do not swim outside the place of the lesson;
  • Exercise 1.5-2 hours after eating;
  • Do not bring your body to hypothermia and overwork;
  • Do not start classes hot and sweaty;
  • At the end of the lesson, dry thoroughly.
  1. Skis.

Walking and cross-country skiing is carried out at a distance laid on flat ground. Competitions for passing standards are held in places closed from the wind at a temperature of at least 15 °. For training and subsequent training, special training grounds, training slopes should be selected and prepared. The training grounds are intended for initial training in the technique of movement with or without ski poles. The preparation of the site (laying the ski tracks) is carried out in different ways: in a straight line or in a circle. The playground should not be more than 120x60 m (or for each child no more than 12x15 m). Inside, a ski track is laid for the instructor, on which he demonstrates the training technique. Clothing must be warm, waterproof, appropriate for the season, meteorological conditions, as well as the intensity of physical activity in the classroom. Skis are selected depending on height. For children 4-5 years old, skis should be about 5 cm higher than their height. For children over 5 years old, the height of the skis is determined by the height of the outstretched arm of the child. Ski poles should reach the child's shoulders.

  1. Documentation, accounting and reporting

Keeping records and reporting on the set of standards "Kencheeri" in accordance with the approved forms is assigned to the instructor of physical education.

  1. The results of the fulfillment by preschoolers of the standards of the Kencheeri physical culture complex are entered into the journal “Accounting for the passing of the standards of the physical culture complex” and taken out to the “Corner for Parents” stand for review.
  2. Copies of the results of passing the sports complex "Kencheeri" are sent to the ulus (city) department of education.
  3. Based on the results of the preschoolers passing the standards of the Kencheeri physical culture complex, the “Individual card of the child’s physical fitness” is filled out.

At the end of the school year, the "Individual Card" is issued to children with its subsequent presentation to the school.
