The Zarnitsa company manufactures equipment for the regional and all-Russian stages of the Safe Wheel competition. The UID squads are one of the largest voluntary associations of schoolchildren that promote safe behavior on the roads among children of preschool and secondary school age. Participation in the movement forms their patriotism, raises the general level of culture, teaches children to work in a team.
As part of the "Safe Wheel" program, the guys first compete at the local level (municipal stage), then at the regional level, after which the best teams go to the All-Russian final. The winning team receives the Challenge Cup of the "Safe Wheel". The guys put on the appropriate uniform and use the necessary road props, practically being in real road conditions, along with all their difficulties and the required reaction speed. The production association "Zarnitsa" annually takes part in the regional and all-Russian stages of the competition, supplying the necessary equipment.
Goals: education of law-abiding road users, prevention of child neglect and homelessness, formation of a culture of a healthy and safe lifestyle.
Tasks: reduction of child road traffic injuries; improving work on the prevention of child homelessness and neglect, preventing offenses involving children, consolidating knowledge of traffic rules among students, involving children in promoting the rules of safe behavior on the streets and roads, involving children in teams of young traffic inspectors, involving children in systematic physical education classes and sports.
The competition covers all manifestations of participation in road traffic: it is a test of theoretical knowledge of traffic rules, a test for the ability to provide medical care, figure driving competitions and tasks in a motor city.
The final includes four trials in the individual competition, and the fifth in the team competition:
1) Theoretical competition "Connoisseurs of the rules of the road"
2) Theoretical competition with elements of practice "Knowledge of the basics of first aid"
3) Practical competition "Autotown"
4) Practical competition "Figured cycling"

Fizkult-hello to everyone who gathered on this sunny evening in the courtyard of our school
As you can see, this is now not just a courtyard - this is a whole velodrome.
And we all gathered here with you in order to take part in the competition-competition of young cyclists "Safe Wheel" or just cheer for the participants in the competition.
So, the competition-competition will be judged by a wise, but fair jury consisting of:
1. Filimonova Tatyana Mikhailovna (stormy applause).
2. Maksimenko Tatyana Vladimirovna (stormy applause).
3. Konradi Elena Valerievna (stormy applause).
The main referee of the competition is Zmanovsky Anton Vladimirovich.
Judges on the lines: Popov Vasily Alekseevich and Trofimova Natalya Anatolyevna.
The health and well-being of the participants of the competition is constantly monitored by Mikhailyuk Vera Ivanovna.
And musical accompaniment - Fomenko Alexander Alexandrovich.
But before proceeding to the competition, you need to talk a little about how the competition will be held.
The competition program includes 6 stages:
Stage 1:
Stage 2:
Stage 3: Quiz on the Basics of Medical Knowledge (test).
Stage 4: Testing knowledge of the material part of the bike.
Stage 5: Road safety poster competition.
Stage 6: Passage of the track, where the whole team participates.
At each stage, 1 participant is required from the team, except for stage 2, where the team is required to have 2 participants and stage 6, where the whole team participates. Competitions are held in the form of a relay race for a while. The winner is the team that has passed all the stages and showed the best time.
Stages 1, 3 and 4 are carried out in writing, in parallel with the main stages 2 and 6. Stage 5 is evaluated by the jury in advance.
Cycling an obstacle course (figure driving).
The competition is held on the site, where obstacles are successively located at a distance of 3 meters from each other. The strip consists of 10 obstacles. The participant needs to correctly cycle the entire obstacle course and gain as little penalty time as possible.
Penalty time is assigned for:
- skipping an obstacle - 10 seconds;
Falling off a bike - 10 seconds;
Missed or dropped a pin (cone) during slalom (each pin or cone is evaluated) - 10 seconds;

While such-and-such is passing the obstacle course, the most experienced and intelligent participant from each team is invited to pass the “Exam on the Rules of the Road”.
We all know perfectly well that no one is insured against an accident, so when you get on a bike, you need to be sure that, if necessary, you can be able to provide worthy assistance to yourself and those in need.
The most experienced participant from each team is invited to pass the "Exam in the Fundamentals of Medical Knowledge".
Before you get on a bike and go onto a public road, you need to check whether your bike is in good condition or not. Therefore, we decided to test the participants of the competition as they understand the material part of the bike and prepared for them the appropriate task.
Each team is required to have one member. Participants come up to something, he will explain everything to them in detail.
And in the meantime our holiday is coming to its logical conclusion and we are moving on to the final stage of the competition called "Route".
Each team member is invited to the stage:
Stage 1: the first participant runs 60 meters and passes the baton to the next participant.
Stage 2: the second participant, after receiving the baton, does 20 push-ups from the floor, runs and passes the baton to the next participant.
Stage 3: the third participant passes the standard obstacle course and passes the baton to the next participant.
Stage 4: the fourth participant on a bicycle rides one lap around the stadium and finishes (time stops).
At the same time, 5a and 5b, 6a and 6b, 7a and 7b, 8a and 8b classes are held.
The team with the fastest time wins this relay.
