The main disadvantage of "warm wall" blocks is that the walls are not breathable. The bearing layer is too thin, so the calculations for the roof slab must be carried out accurately.
The price of the material is not low, but when using such blocks, you can save money, if the building is made of brick, then you can gradually invest in further finishing.
It is very important not to purchase ornamental materials, their dimensions and geometry must comply with the standards, if these indicators are violated, then the installation will be painful. It is also not very convenient to carry blocks through the scaffolding due to their large size.
