DSP on wooden floor. Is it possible to lay ceramic tiles on floors on a csp, technology and stages of work. DSP in the process of creating the foundation

Every year on the shelves construction stores there are new building materials that not only have better characteristics than their predecessors, but are also easy to install. One of these materials is cement-bonded particle board, which has a fairly wide scope.

But before considering the features of installation work, let's answer the question of what DSP is, what it is made of, and what advantages it has.

Manufacturing

For the manufacture of cement particle board, wood chips, cement composition, water, aluminum salts, chemical substances. If we consider the percentage of the components that make up the material, then the basis of the material is the cement composition (65%).

Wood chips are used in different fractions, and it makes up 25% of this building material. Water and chemical additives in the composition of the material include 8.5 and 2.5%, respectively.

Wood shavings are mineralized in special formulations. Then, add water and cement composition. This mass is poured onto a container. At the same time, a multilayer structure is already formed here. Inside the plate is wood shavings, which has a large fraction.

Outside of this core, shavings fine fraction. To obtain monolithic slab, the material is sent under the press. The output is a monolithic product, ready for use. The material obtained in this way does not need to be leveled, which allows them to be used when arranging a dry screed.

In addition to arranging the floor, cement-bonded particle board can be used for finishing facades and erecting partitions inside the building, during internal finishing works, restoration of premises.

Advantages

First of all, it should be noted that DSPs are not afraid of moisture. During the day, the material absorbs no more than 16% of the water on the stove. With the absorption of water, the CSP per day increases by no more than 5%. Therefore, the material has found its application in the arrangement of premises with high humidity. Moisture resistant allows use given material when installing water engineering system"warm floor".

In addition to moisture resistance, it should be noted resistance to sudden changes temperature regime. For many buyers today, environmental friendliness of the material is important. Considering that cement, sand, water and wood form the basis of the DSP, we can conclude that the material is environmentally friendly.

In addition to the advantages already listed, it should be noted resistance to fire. DSP plate able to withstand fire for 50 minutes.

Two more characteristics that are important for residential premises are low thermal conductivity (0.26 W) and high sound insulation. The floor, in the arrangement of which DSP boards were used, can not be additionally insulated.

And, of course, it is worth noting the high strength of the material. It can be installed both vertically and horizontally.

Arrangement of the floor with the help of DSP

In addition to the cement-bonded particle boards themselves, you must first prepare construction tool. Namely:

  • a tool for cutting plates (you can use a regular hacksaw);
  • self-tapping screws for fixing plates;
  • tamping roller (if work is carried out in frame house);
  • putty knife;
  • shovel (if we are talking about the wooden base).

It is also advisable to arm yourself with a screwdriver, the use of which will greatly simplify installation work.

Of the building materials, you will need the cement-bonded particleboard itself, mastic, primer and crushed stone.

Work on the arrangement of the floor begins with the preparation of the foundation. If we are talking about a frame house, under which the soil is located, then you will have to start by arranging a pillow under the DSP. This pillow is made from crushed stone.

With a pick-up shovel, you need to remove the top loose layer of soil and form a shallow hole under the gravel pillow. It is needed in order to insulate the floor in the house and protect it from moisture. A layer of rubble is laid in the prepared pit. It must be well tamped, using a tamping roller.

If the draft base is concrete, then the DSP is laid either on a special substrate or on logs. When it comes to arranging non-residential premises, then it makes no sense to spend money and time on installing a lag. If the work is carried out in a residential area, then it is better to lay the cement-bonded particle board on the logs.

When laying cement-bonded particle boards, care must be taken to ensure that they lie tightly to each other. There should be no gaps or cracks. It is advisable to opt for a material whose thickness exceeds 4 cm. The thinner the plate, the lower its insulating properties.

If the plates are laid on logs, then it is possible to fill the voids between the logs heat-insulating material. It is better to opt for loose thermal insulation. Roll materials will have to be cut. At the same time, laying them in such a way that voids do not form will be quite difficult.

As a last resort, it is possible to combine rolled and loose thermal insulation materials. It is worth using thermal insulation that is resistant to moisture. Otherwise, you will also have to deal with waterproofing, which will lead to an increase in the cost of installation work.

If laying was carried out on a substrate, then heat insulating material can be laid over cement-bonded particle boards. Here it is better to use roll materials, which must first be cut into strips of the desired length. The joints of these strips are glued with adhesive tape. This is done so that during further installation the thermal insulation does not move or deform.

After laying cement-bonded particle boards, you can move on to laying decorative flooring. If you plan to lay a wooden floor, then you will have to install logs again on top of the DSP. When installing the lag, you need to use the building level.

Otherwise, the base will be uneven. Under the logs, if necessary, you can put trim wooden planks, special wedges, pieces of drywall or cement-bonded particle boards themselves, etc.

If when installing a wooden floor are used massive boards, then you need to opt for a thick cement-bonded particle board that will withstand high loads. If ceramic tiles are used as flooring, then it is enough to use cement-based particle boards, whose thickness is 1.6 cm. But before you start laying ceramic tiles, the surface of cement particle boards must be treated with a primer.

To increase adhesion, concrete contact can be added to the primer. And you can separately apply a layer of concrete contact on top of the soil. It will be possible to proceed to subsequent work only after the soil has dried. Experts recommend before applying adhesive composition for tiles, install a reinforcing mesh on the floor. It is convenient to do this with a construction stapler. But the consumption of the adhesive composition in this case will increase significantly, which will lead to an increase in the cost of installation work.

As for laminated boards, linoleum, carpet or parquet, experts recommend using plates with a thickness of 2 cm. Cement particle boards can be laid in 2 layers. In this case, it is advisable to use a material with a thickness of 1.6 cm.

The use of cement-bonded particle boards greatly simplifies installation work. In addition, the material is highly durable and resistant to damage of various kinds. This made it possible to use it in rooms with high humidity. Cement particle board can be used for both indoor and outdoor use. They are indispensable when arranging a dry screed or roofing at home.

There are various thicknesses available on the market. Thicker slabs are suitable for building floors in private houses, while thin sheets can be used for arranging floors in apartments.

Preparation of horizontal structures for finishing always requires a balanced approach. If you choose the wrong material for the base, then problems may arise in the future. The use of DSP boards for the floor is an excellent solution. Products have the right performance characteristics and can be mounted on different types surfaces in various ways.

Benefits of using cement particle board for flooring

This material is becoming more and more in demand, due to its excellent parameters.

The main advantages of the products include:

You can lay the parts with your own hands without the involvement of specialists, but the work has certain nuances.

Material disadvantages

Cons of products:

When buying material, you must check the availability of safety certificates.

Styling features

To properly lay the products, you need to accurately select the thickness of the cement-bonded particle boards:

  • The optimal value when working with a concrete or plank base is 10–16 mm.
  • If the installation is carried out on logs with a step of 50–60 cm, then elements with a thickness of 20 to 26 mm are selected. On the first floor, it is recommended to lay products with a thickness of 10–14 mm in two layers.
  • Prefabricated floors in domestic and technical premises can be made with sheets with a thickness of 24 to 36 mm.

For guaranteed quality arrangement floors in a private house along the logs, it is advisable to use slabs with a thickness of 20 mm or more, and for continuous laying on floor slabs in the apartment is suitable any material

The further process consists of successive stages, the observance of which will ensure a qualitative result.

Preparatory work

So that the installation of floors from DSP does not take much time, you need to carry out all the preparatory procedures in advance.

markup

Action algorithm:

  1. The area of the room is measured and compiled detailed diagram with the received data.
  2. It is very important to pay attention to difficult areas. If there are tapering parts or niches in the room, it is necessary to break such places into several sections in order to get the right result.
  3. From the walls are left temperature gaps, which level out deformations during shrinkage of the building.
  4. According to the plan, taking into account the selected size of the plates, it is determined how the sheets will be attached. The technology of laying on logs involves laying parts across.
  5. Cement particle boards are being prepared. To do this, the dimensions are transferred to the parts according to the location on the floor covering.

When drawing up a laying plan, the slabs are placed with a shift, it is also necessary to take into account the size of the damping gap

Sawing

Further work may cause some difficulties: you need to choose how to cut the DSP.

To cut the slab, the following tools are used:

  • Bulgarian. This is the most effective option if panels with a thickness of more than 12–14 mm are used. To work, you will need special diamond blades that provide a quick and reliable cut.
  • Electric jigsaw. The use of such a tool is limited: only thin parts can be cut with it. Thicker elements will require a set of good files, which are selected by experience, and a lot more time and effort.
  • Construction knife. It is possible to cut thin plates with this device as follows: with a blade resting on the edge of the ruler or rail, a recess is formed along the line, after which the product is shifted beyond the border of the table and breaks off.

On a note! When laying the DSP on the floor, all edges must be extremely even, therefore last option cutting may require additional preparation due to the presence of defects.

The cleanest and most even cut gives the use of a grinder with diamond disc or manual circular saw with high turnover

Mounting plates

To lay the parts on a horizontal base in a private house or apartment, you can use different methods, which depend on the type of surface.

Mounting with glue or screws

The fixation method is selected based on the specific situation:

In some situations, methods can be combined.

Laying on logs

For the process, select wooden beam with a section of 5 * 8 cm, which will provide the best reliability and rigidity. Parts must be dried and treated with protective compounds.

For perfect alignment wooden floors on the logs, the flooring from the DSP with insulation is being equipped

Scheme of work:

  1. Lags are mounted. All elements are aligned with each other and fixed. It is recommended to place insulation under them, cut into strips, which will avoid the appearance of cold bridges. If required, jumpers are arranged.
  2. The empty space is filled with heat-insulating material. A dry screed is created in a similar way.
  3. DSP boards are laid according to the drawn up scheme with a gap from the walls. If the house was built recently, it is advisable to leave a small distance between all the details, sealing it with putty or sealant.
  4. It is necessary to fasten the panels to self-tapping screws in increments of 20 to 35 cm. The hat must be immersed flush.

The choice of the method of arranging the seam between the floor slabs is selected depending on the installation site and the finishing coating that is planned to be laid on top

If two layers are laid, then they are placed perpendicularly so that the previous joints are closed.

Mounting on a concrete screed

You can lay the plates on such a base as follows:

This method is great for a warm water floor, but all the gaps between the tubes are pre-sealed with a bulk mixture.

Cement particle boards are the best suited for arranging the "warm floor" system in a wooden house

For achievement best result you can use some recommendations:

  • Installation of DSP on the floor is most relevant when laying tiles: in this case, the highest quality adhesion is achieved.
  • Before use, it is better to keep the material indoors for a day. This will eliminate possible errors.
  • If work is carried out on a “wet” screed, then you should wait for it to dry completely.
  • Procedures are best done with an assistant, especially when using thick plates.

On condition correct execution of all works, the surface will be distinguished by increased reliability.

DSP can be fixed to load-bearing structures using screws and special nails. All types of connecting elements must have an anti-corrosion surface.

Attention! Before installing the DSP, it is necessary to make sure that the frame elements are located vertically and horizontally. Frame elements must be in the same plane.

Fastening DSP with nails

To fasten the plates, it is necessary to use galvanized screw nails from 2.5 mm. The size of the nails is selected from the condition that the length of the pinched part is at least two thicknesses of the DSP sheet and at least 10 nail diameters (see table)

Fixing the DSP with screws

Holes for screws are recommended to be pre-drilled with recesses for their heads with a diameter 1.2 times larger than the diameter of the screw. For fixing plates without pre-drilling holes, only self-tapping screws with a hardened tip and a countersunk head equipped with blades to form a recess for its dimensions can be used.

For example, German-made self-tapping screws from Eurotec. Eurotec Paneltwistec countersunk head screws made of blue galvanized steel have cutting edges on the underside for countersinking.

The galvanized coating prevents corrosion, thus the painted surface of the DSP is protected from rust. The screws have a TX 15 slot. This slot is capable of transmitting big moment rotation without deformation of the bit and tool. The screws of the proposed size are suitable for fastening DSP with a thickness of 8, 10 and 12 mm. You can purchase Eurotec Paneltwistec screws from our dealers.

To fasten the boards to the structure, it is possible to use screws designed for plasterboard boards. The size of the screws is selected from the condition that the length of the pinched part is at least two thicknesses of the DSP sheet and at least 10 screw diameters (see clause 5.1). The distance between the screws is selected according to the scheme described in paragraph 5.1. For professional fastening, the use of pneumatic or electric screwdrivers is recommended.

The minimum size of nails and screws depending on the thickness of the DSP and the diameter of the dowel

Diameter,
mm
TsSP thickness, mm
8 mm 10 mm 12 mm 16 mm 20 mm 24 mm 36 mm
2,5 35 35 40 50 - - -
3 40 40 45 50 60 - -

5 - - - 70 70 75 110
5,5 - - - - 75 80 110
6 - - - - - 85 110

To provide technologically correct fastening DSP is a necessary requirement to observe the step between the fasteners of the distance between them and the edges of the plates.

Fastening the DSP to the frame

1 - wooden beam; 2 - DSP; 3- steel post; 4 - screw; d - screw length

Note: when using ordinary screws, holes for them are drilled with a size equal to 1.2 screw diameters; it is recommended to make a recess for a countersunk head.

Seams (placement and execution)

DSP TAMAK, like any material made of wood, undergoes a process of compression and stretching when the humidity changes. That's why a large number of seams (small slab format) leads to a slight displacement of the slabs, and a small number of seams (large slab format) leads to a greater displacement. Displacements are suspended by fixing the plates in the seam itself. In the course of long-term tests of the boards, a tendency to board compression was revealed, which should be given Special attention when performing closed seams. In order to prevent the formation of cracks in building mix for grouting, the width of the closed, visible expansion joint should be 8 mm for external use and 4 mm for internal use. The most reliable and simplest solution from an installation, technical and aesthetic point of view is an open, visible expansion joint with a width of 4-8 mm.

When arranging one of highlights can be considered a matter of choice of coverage. There is a lot of humidity in these rooms, water often appears on the floor, and this can result in blisters, mold, and cracks. As a result, the owner has to either change the coating or spend money on its repair. Today, there are many options to avoid such problems. Renovation professionals often use cement-bonded particle boards. What are their characteristics, what application, pros and cons of use, how suitable are they for the bathroom floor, reviews - read about all this further in the article, watch the thematic video.

The main characteristics of cement-bonded particle boards (DSP)

With the current rich selection of construction and finishing materials the townsfolk sometimes run their eyes wide, and it is quite difficult to stop at one or another product. To facilitate this task, here is a list of DSP characteristics:

  • the stove under warranty must serve 50 years (in an aggressive environment, without additional protection about 15-20);
  • product density 1300 kg/m3, hardness 55 MPa;
  • fire resistance (for almost an hour, a cement-bonded particle board can withstand exposure to a flame, preventing the fire from spreading);
  • low level of moisture absorption;
  • zero level of toxicity;
  • ecological cleanliness;
  • high reliability.

DSP has a high degree of environmental friendliness

DSP boards are intended specifically for rooms with constant humidity, the advantage of this material is that both a master specialist and a layman can work with it. The use of such a plate can both speed up and significantly reduce the cost of work on arranging a bathroom and a bathroom. In addition, this material is resistant to mold and various fungi.

Advantages and disadvantages of the material

Cement particle boards have the following advantages:

  • strong and durable;
  • resistant to temperature changes;
  • excellent decorative properties;
  • the possibility of finishing with any materials;
  • simplicity in work with a covering, its processing;
  • adequate price;
  • no rotting processes even with constant contact with water;
  • fire resistance due to the presence of cement in the composition of the plates.

There are, of course, some disadvantages in the use of plates:

  • during installation, without proper dexterity, a plate of small thickness may break;
  • the coating has a high density;
  • the plate weighs quite a lot, so it is not suitable for facing high walls.

These disadvantages are insignificant, so this material is in high demand.

Check Quality Certificates Before Purchasing

Cement particle boards are practical, modern, advantageous material that solves many problems. But it must be used correctly. Here are some tips to help you work with these boards:

  1. When drilling holes, you need to indent from the edge of 2-3 cm, no less, then the plate will not crack or crumble.
  2. If the plate is fixed on any surface other than wood, only metal screws should be used.
  3. When working with these plates, you need to be very careful, DSP material can be quite fragile.
  4. Before final finishing plate needs to be primed.
  5. If you need to cut the plates into certain fragments, then you need to use a special cutting tool with diamond coating.

Given all the above information, we can say that DSPs have occupied their niche in the construction and finishing industry. They are practically indispensable in the construction of foundations on wooden subfloors, ideal in rooms with constant humidity and sharp temperature fluctuations.

Due to the high strength of the plates, in bathrooms with such a floor and finish, you can easily install any type of bathtub, dryer, large, other irreplaceable things in the household. They can also be used where there is a possibility of subjecting flooring significant mechanical stress. Another advantage of DSP is good soundproofing qualities. The aesthetic qualities of the plates are also on top, while they are undemanding in care, they are very easy to wash and clean.

Cement particle boards are widely used as a substrate for various facing materials e.g. mosaics, tiles, natural stone. They are also used in the arrangement warm floors». Minimum Thickness material with its high strength allows you to use it without losing the height of the room.

Tools required for the installation of cement-bonded particle boards

  • adhesive for tiles or other cladding;
  • primer;
  • screws, self-tapping screws;
  • reinforcing tape to join the plates.

Attention! Before laying, all sheets must be carefully prepared and measured so that they fit the parameters of the repaired premises. The sheets must be laid out, carefully adjusted and marked out so as not to be confused during the final laying.

According to user reviews, the plates are very convenient when installing the floor, especially when you need to reduce the time of work. Many praise precisely the versatility and elasticity (the two outer layers are made from chips of the minimum size, and the inner one, from a longer and larger one). Appreciated by consumers and ideal flat surface that these plates can provide. They easily replace the usual concrete screed.

CSP is perfect for the bathroom floor

DSP selection

When purchasing plates (in fact, this also applies to all other building and repair materials), it is necessary to check the availability of the necessary certificates. It is better to buy DSPs from large reliable manufacturers, then there will be no doubts about the quality and compliance with all standards.

Advice. Many manufacturers of building materials have good system discounts for wholesale buyers, which means that you can save a lot by calculating in advance how much material you need and making a one-time order at the best price.

The production does not use any hazardous impurities and chemical compounds, such as formaldehydes, harmful resins, etc., so the material should not have any sharp foreign odors.

Advice. The thickness of the plate is chosen depending on the needs. It is better to consult either in the store or with a specialist in repair and decoration.

Either way, cement-bonded particle board is a great choice for bathroom flooring, and the information in this article will help guide you. Watch the thematic video, and use only the best materials when repairing!

The unique characteristics they have cement particle boards(abbreviated DSP) allow you to use them for leveling floor surface. Since they consist exclusively of natural materials based on mineral components, they can be used when arranging the floor in living rooms.

DSP boards for the floor differ in strength, environmental friendliness and affordable price for many consumers. In cement-bonded products, as in chipboard, fiberboard, the main constituent element is wood chips (read: "Fibreboard for the floor - types and sequence of laying"). They also include Portland cement, water and a number of additives. This one is relatively new domestic market construction material suitable for dry screeding.

The production of such plates is carried out in a certain sequence:

  1. A solution consisting of water, to which salts are added, and components such as aluminum and liquid glass, is poured into a container intended for mixing.
  2. Chips are poured there for mineralization.
  3. Then add water, port cement and mix thoroughly.
  4. The finished composition is sent under the press, after which the material takes the form of cast plates with a smooth surface. How they look can be seen in the photo.

Cement particle board for the floor combines all the advantages of building materials such as OSB, chipboard, drywall and fiberboard, and surpasses them in some indicators:

  1. Due to the multilayer structure, DSP has a high strength, similar to OSB. This figure is higher than that of GVL.
  2. Since the slab has a smooth and even surface, it does not require additional processing before the installation of the final finish. With this quality, cement products have much in common with chipboard, OSB and drywall (read also: “What should be the OSB thickness for the floor”).
  3. The material is environmentally friendly and therefore it can be laid in rooms of various purposes, including living rooms.
  4. Cement sheets, like OSB, are resistant to low temperatures, which allows them to be laid in unheated buildings and thus surpass GVL in this indicator.
  5. Unlike chipboard and OSB, particle boards are more affordable for consumers.
  6. DSP compared to other products made of wood components has a low degree of flammability.
  7. The material does not respond to temperature fluctuations and is immune to aggressive media. Such properties of these plates make their operational properties higher than those of other similar products.
  8. Since DSPs have an alkaline environment in their composition, they do not rot over time and are not susceptible to damage by insect pests. Neither chipboard nor fiberboard possess these properties.
  9. Cement floor boards are distinguished by good moisture resistance, so they are considered better than drywall sheets and wood fiber boards, which craftsmen do not recommend using in rooms with high humidity.
  10. DSP has a much higher noise absorption coefficient compared to fiberboard and GVL.
  11. Such plates due to the use for their production the simplest technology cost less than OSB.

Despite the excellent technical characteristics, the CSB has a number of disadvantages:

  1. Due to the presence of cement in their composition, they have more weight than OSB. This circumstance contributes to problems during their installation.
  2. Since these plates have to be cut, they emit a lot of dust. With this quality, CSBs are similar to drywall. AT this case OSB is superior to cement products because it does not generate dust when cut (read: “The floor of OSB boards- how to lay and lay correctly).

When a DSP slab is selected - floor application is considered one of the best solutions when arranging a rough foundation for laying finishing coating. The fact is that for the installation of ceramic tiles, carpet, etc. a completely flat base is required.

These boards are compared to concrete screeds or self-levelling mixtures allow you to save a large amount of money on leveling the subfloor for the installation of finishing. Sheets of this material have a strength no less than that of OSB. You can create floors from DSP on logs with your own hands, as well as on concrete base, on wood flooring.

When arranging a dry screed, if you use cement boards instead of OSB, you can get a durable and reliable subfloor, which is cheaper in cost. And since they have increased moisture resistance, they can be used in bathrooms and bathrooms.

Using cement slabs, it will be possible not only to level the rough base, but also to lay a warm floor on the DSP under the tile. At the same time, it should be noted that OSB is not suitable for use in the arrangement of underfloor heating.

Pressed cement products are also used for interior wall decoration instead of drywall.

Manufacturers produce cement boards different sizes and thickness. If a DSP is used on the floor for arranging a rough base, then you need to purchase products with a thickness of at least 10 and no more than 40 millimeters. The choice largely depends on the curvature and size of the floor differences.

Qualitatively manufactured cement sheets, which are used to level the base with technical specifications similar to those of the OSB, must meet the following requirements:

  • humidity in the region of 6-12%;
  • moisture absorption about 16%;
  • density not to exceed 1300 kg/m²;
  • tensile strength - 0.4 MPa;
  • swelling of the material under the direct influence of water within 24 hours - no more than 2%;
  • surface roughness should not exceed 80 µm.

To level a concrete or wooden floor, use cement sheets having a thickness of 10–15 millimeters. When the draft base is relatively flat, the products can be glued directly to it without arranging a crate from a bar.

Base leveling technology with using DSP as follows:

  1. Plates are placed on the floor. They should be numbered, and on the basis of chalk, draw the layout layout.
  2. Edge products are cut to required size. Used to cut them hacksaw blade, and then a large amount of dust will not appear, and the edges will be smooth.
  3. Then the plates are removed from the floor.
  4. An adhesive composition is applied to the surface of the rough base using a notched trowel.
  5. The first sheet is applied to the floor and pressed.
  6. The next plate is glued, observing a gap of 5 millimeters between adjacent products. It is necessary to compensate for the expansion of the sheets when they are deformed.
  7. The gaps between the plates are eliminated with adhesive.
  8. After he grabs, proceed to laying the finish coat.
  9. When laying the DSP on a wooden floor, it should be prepared.
  10. Deformed and rotten floorboards need to be replaced with new boards. The gaps are closed using putty. Before sticking cement-bonded products to wooden deck, a primer should be applied to its surface. In this way, the adhesion of the adhesive substance to the base is improved.

Slightly uneven ground can be leveled with cement boards fixed special glue. But for a surface in which the height difference exceeds 6 centimeters, it is better to apply the arrangement of a dry screed. At the same time, the use of DSP instead of OSB will reduce financial costs.

Fastening of cement chip products is carried out on guide beams, between which granular material is placed. Can be used as guides metal profiles, which are used when installing drywall, or wood bars. Since self-tapping screws are required to fix the cement sheets, it is better to make guides from wooden materials required section.

Depending on the degree of deformation of the base optimal height dry screeds are considered 7-10 centimeters. Its main advantage lies in its low weight and significant heat and sound insulating parameters. The combination of DSP and aggregate in the form of granules allows improving the performance properties. This method surface leveling should be used in buildings where there are old floors in a dilapidated state.

Perform laying dry screed in stages:

  1. First of all, they make a breakdown of the level of the final floor finish on the walls of the room.
  2. Then, two layers of insulating material are placed on the base. Usually a polyethylene film is used.
  3. A damper tape is fixed along the walls along the perimeter of the room near the floor.
  4. Then mount the guide beams with a gap, equal to the length rules, but not more than 50 centimeters. They are fixed on the base with dowels with self-tapping screws and adjusted in accordance with the level.
  5. The upper part of the beams is placed below the level of the finished surface to the height that the flooring has.
  6. Between the guide elements are laid out bulk material, for example, expanded clay. It is rammed, leveling the beams with the help of a rule.
  7. Next, proceed to the installation of the DSP. Their use improves the heat and sound insulation properties of the floor.

The plates are fixed with self-tapping screws to the beams, observing a step equal to 10-15 centimeters. Now you can start finishing gender.
